We stayed here in early March 2017. Check-in was okay, although the staff was somewhat unsure of certain things. I believe it was a trainee.

It is a small boutique hotel, so naturally we were expecting a tiny room, but when we got to our room (the Garden Lavish Suite) we were blown away. The room has a Jacuzzi bathtub, perfect for soaking up after a long week, alone or with your SO.

The bed had a very classic look about it, a blast from the past with its bed posts and veils. The "garden" though, was a little misleading; it was essentially a small and narrow patio, facing the back alley of the hotel. The hotel in general was not too shabby with a Japanese restaurant and 24hour gym, but we headed out for dinner as the location at Jalan Sultan was surrounded by loads of eateries.

All in all, a good boutique hotel to unwind in for couples.

They advertised this hotel as 4-star hotel but it’s barely a 2-star hotel! It’s one of most horrible hotels ever! I paid insane amount of money just to have a tiny room with no window or cross-ventilation of any kind! I have no space to even open my luggage! I had to open it on my bed! They refused to refund our money! Stay away from this place! Do not go there! They are dishonest people with completely misleading pictures! It’s a scam!

Hotel really nicely located. The building is very nice, but the rooms are incredibily tiny, and the airconditioning is either too fast or not working properly. The terrass they claim you have in your room is merely an opening on the wall!
Dumpiness on the walls and bed linen constantly dump as well.
Once in the room with your regular size luggage, you canmot move. Bathroom and toilet are right there, separated by a sliding glass!!
Upon complaining about the space, you will be confronted by requests of extra payment!
Not a wise choice, you definitely can get much better for the same price in Singapore.

Stayed in a quad loft ( 2 x queen bed) and was pleasantly surprised by the room. Although not large, the lower level acted as a living area while the top level was the sleeping area. The hotel room was still equiped with 2 TVs and split air cons. The hotel is located at the edge of the malay heritage area which has a good number of eateries. The shopping precinct is about a 10 min walk away. Overall a pleasant stay.

I visited with another adult and a 2 year old toddler, and despite calling ahead asking for a loft room with separate beds there was confusion during checkin and we were given just one bed for the 3 of us. The checkin staff, however was lovely and accommodating, especially a lady named Syavina was especially lovely and understanding after my patience was wearing thin after 8 hours with a toddler on air.
Unfortunately there was no other rooms available but when it became available the next day Syavina moved us to a bigger room and we were very happy with the 2nd room. Everyone we encountered was helpful and polite, the cleaning staff helped moving my bags to the new room. The location of the hotel is very good with 7/11 2min down the road, hawker center 5min Walk away for food and easy access to bus and trains
