Amazing butlers - superb service and hospitality from butlers Jisu and Daniel!

I have visited plenty of hotels and St Regis never fails to disappoint. Even prior to the stay, communication was seamless. My relationship liaison Jisu was quick to reply to my emails and queries.
On the day itself, Jisu made check-in smooth, she even met me at the check-in counters to escort us to our rooms. Having her was truly god-sent. Every single thing we needed; she was there to help us with it!
We also met another butler Daniel, both their hospitality and amazing personalities were the highlight of our stay - their quick replies and communication skills were excellent. We will definitely come back more because of the both of them - their hospitality and warmth is something my partner and I truly enjoyed - how they both go the extra mile to perk my stay up. They truly deserve a shoutout. Thank you St Regis (esp Jisu and Daniel) for making my stay so memorable.

I was worried because I didn't travel much abroad with my parents. However, DAISY explained it kindly from the time I checked in, so I didn't have any difficulties. And regarding the linguistic inconvenience, it was resolved quickly because JISU helped me carefully. It was really convenient because they translated it into Korean so that I didn't miss important service information, and I felt respected by the hotel. It seems that these feelings make me and my family want to visit this hotel again next time. Thank you for repeatedly asking me if there were any inconveniences during the three days I stayed. Room tip: I highly recommend it to Koreans who have plans to travel to Singapore.

Our family had a really excellent stay here. The room was spacious, well-lit, and the huge bath tub was a big plus for the kids. The amenities were comprehensive and of good quality. They even provided a shoe horn which was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good, but go early. The queue becomes really long after 8-830. If you're late, be prepared for a long wait to enter the restaurant for breakfast.

The swimming pool was rather small, and mostly shaded so the water can get quite cold. If you have young children, consider letting them wear a neoprene shorty/suit in case they get cold.

We encountered a few issues which I will list below, but please note that these problems are not deal-breakers. We will definitely return to this hotel.

1) there was an extremely dirty/dusty cable attached to the bottom of the bed, that my toddler kept playing with. I'll attach a photo for reference. This cable was not plugged in to anything, and had no use whatsoever, except that it was filthy.
2) Cordless phone battery kept dying
3) Another guest at the swimming pool accidentally took my goggles from the pool. I told the staff to track him down but the staff were unable to do so. Judging from the way they handled the situation, they were very obviously poorly trained in dealing with problems like this. The next day, I bumped into the guest whom I suspected had taken my goggles in the lift, and I asked him about it. He checked, found, and returned my goggles to me. All this aside, the hotel didn't even bother to follow-up with me despite promising to do so by the next morning. St Regis staff, if you're reading this, please train your staff to handle situations like this better, and above all, FOLLOW UP with the guest, even if you can't solve the problem.

2nd stay in St Regis Singapore as our pre anniversary stay. Used my free night certificate and suite nights award and was fortunate that the upgrade to a specialty suite was approved the day before. About noon, we received nitification that the room was ready.

Room: spacious and nicely setup with luxury in mind, bed and living areas are comfortable. Work desk is spacious. Nice TV in the bathtub area.

Pool and Spa facilities: Pool is small but as there are no alot of people in the pool, it was quite nice. Shaded so water is cold. Spa is nice, really like the hot jacuzzi and sauna room.

Service: non existent. Check in was slow, and was informed of the breakfast. No mention of butler. Bonvoy chat available till evening and thats when the butler number was provided. We finally see the butler - no intro, only bringing us our beverages at night - 8 hpurs after checking in. The rest of the stay was the same. There is no phone number to call the butler, everything is via the app. We messags to asked for more drinks the next day and was told only 6am to 11am. We waited and waited till we decided to check out and go off. Poor leadership and service in st regis singapore, nowhere near st regis new york and st regis maldives that we stayed before. It is the legendary No service.

Room tip: Do not rely on the butler service in St Regis singapore. There are no such service.

Amazing hotel...Special thanks to Chef Avinash who helped with our food requirements and baby food... the room was amazing and service was really good... although slightly expensive for people looking for budget stays but if you want to splurge its a great stay.
