The service and facilities are top notch but more than anything else, our butler Jisoo was an absolute delight to have. She was not only very attentive but also warm, very glad to have had her as our butler during our stay the past weekend. This was definitely a step up from my previous stay that would make me return!
This is a first-rate hotel. Not only is it beautiful, with an excellent art collection and a perfect location, the staff always treats me like someone special. Even though the hotel was extremely busy, the butler assigned to my room, Mr. Durai, found time to bring me extra chocolates and macaroons.

Very comfortable stay and their breakfast is also very good. Mr Kamal hossen providing very good Indian cuisines Aaloo paratha and others things as well. Rooms are very spacious and butlers service is amazing. Staff is very welcoming and polite.
