Everything was good. It was a celebration of my son's birthday and my son loved it. The personalised birthday card from the reservation team, the gifts to him and the well-planned cake and mini celebration by the Butler team. It is a short 1 night stay but everything was good.
Though we encountered some lighting issues but were resolved immediately by the engineering. The rest were perfect.

The St Regis Tea Flavour Halwa was delicious and a unique dessert by Chef Kamal.
We just informed the hotel of our intent to observe our anniversary and the hotel surprised us, putting us on the 'News of the Day'. Syikin, the Guest Relations Mgr and her team did a great arrangement to the room and this will be something that we will remember for a long time (until next year, hopefully she can surprise us with something more interesting).
The breakfast was great, especially the egg menu.
We were well taken cared off by the team of Syikin, Jisu, FiFie and Weihao.
We had a stay to celebrate a career transition for my wife. The butler team made all the difference toward an exceptional stay.
We appreciated the efforts of Jisu, Syikin and Ryan for their efforts in creating a customised experience for my wife. They were pro active in reaching out and ensuring our needs were taken care of even though we stayed during a high occupancy period.
The room we stayed in has been lightly refreshed with new flatscreen TV with a thinner bezel. Maintenance is exceptional as the hotel nears 17 years.
The brand has moved on from Remede bath amenities for awhile, I think in Singapore around a year and we are now provided with Sodashi, Sachajuan and Ren instead. I don’t mind different brands as I feel we get the best of each. I also found that I appreciated the heated mirrors during showers and soaks.
Our stay included breakfast. The hotel breakfast is served at The Astor Grill, where Brasserie Les Saveurs had been. Food is good. The epicurean omelette is always a highlight, though it’s perhaps slightly less decadent now. There are plentiful vegetarian and vegan options, and I loved the juice bar. The spread was not particularly Singaporean on the days I was there, so we enjoyed trying different items.
The personal touch we had during this stay was particularly memorable and we look forward to our next stay.
We loved every moment of our stay at The St. Regis Singapore. The guest relations team here went above and beyond to create a memorable experience and welcome us to Singapore. Jisu and her colleagues created adorable surprise moments that delighted our daughter. Other highlights include 1) The breakfast buffet is top notch and offers Indian, Japanese, Chinese, American, European, and other international foods to select from 2) the shower in the Astor Suite was divine. Overall very family friendly property - would glady stay here again and recommend the property to our friends.
