We flew in at extremely early hours of the morning and were exhausted. The staff greeted us with umbrellas to get out of the taxi as it was raining, and took our bags up to our room for us. They even offered to extend our check out because of how tired we were. Extremely great customer service. Room was very clean and nice decor. The shower had great water pressure and aircon worked splendidly. Our adaptor wasn’t working so they offered theirs for us to borrow. Breakfast in the morning was very filling with a lot of variety to choose from. Would definitely recommend this place! 10/10

A brief stay, nice breakfast, easy for transport, walk to East Coast beach, buses easy to city, pleasant staff and large room. Small pool but was quiet so it was relaxing. Plenty of good local food places walking distance nearby and try the great gelato place, Bird of Paradise.

Spacious rooms + windows + individual air-con + windows that open if you want more fresh air + nice cafes, restaurants and foothills around the corner + friendly staff + clean + reasonably priced. Most Singapore Hotels are high-rise so that windows cannot be opened, (jumpers). However the engineering departments keep the air-con on 100% recirculation - it's cheaper to cool yesterday's recycled breaths, including bacteria, than to conform to International Standards and provide 30 cub m of fresh air make-up per person per hour. And many rooms are tiny and don't even have windows. Like sleeping in a drawer. Or a coffin...
