I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is clean, it is small but quite comfortable. It’s a perfect location for those attending concerts as the National Stadium is within walking distance, which we loved. I’d like to thank Nur for being so helpful and nice during our stay, thank you Nur! I’d come back to this hotel in future if i am going to attend a concert again.

The location is perfect! It's close to anywhere. Restaurants and supermarket are close, the mosque is too. It's a very nice place.
The room is clean and comfortable, even it's not wide, but it's enough.
The staff is very helpful, Leon (the front desk officer) is very kind, thoughtful and helpful to us. I was with 30 persons in my team, and Leon is helping us a lot.
Will go back to this hotel, for sure!

Great hotel with wonderful staff. After a long flight we were well looked after by Fabian and Nur. They ensured we were comfortable assisted us with our room and bags. There’s an antagonist working as a Supervisor in this Hotel. Fabian Ng repugnance and obnoxious insolence is appalling! Any requests by guests is immediately rebutted with an emphatic NO! He doesn’t even try or at least show he’s trying to provide a service. His answers are always sarcastic and illogical. Makes no sense. For example, I ask for a corner room because it’s away from the other noisy rooms and for that; his shrill and condescending rebuttal was: “you cannot stop people from going in and out from their rooms”. He enjoys antagonising the hotel guests! Literally patronising us with his smug and passive aggression!
He made it very personal with me by plunging me on the same floor and in the middle of the boisterous Vietnamese tour group. He refused to assist me in anyway and deliberately told me there’s no noises coming from the Vietnamese group only when they have left for dinner! He always carries around the smug attitude and he defies me to write a negative review about him.
Fabian Ng seriously has no blinking idea what the hospitality business is all about and is definitely a Liability to any hospitality industry that hires him. He clearly has issues and going back to the drawing board of the hospitality industry is not going to help him; because he has no idea nor interests to what services from the heart is all about!

it was a surprisingly pleasant stay! The location was the best and the rooms were affordable and absolutely worth the price. The rooms were also clean and neat, enough for a comfortable stay after long day of going out. The bathroom was clean and had enough supplies and the staff were friendly and helpful!
