I woke up at 2am just because of the noise from upstairs. It was too noisy and their wall was too thin. I complained to reception, and the receptionist came over to my room. She told me that the all room was sold out, and there is no room for me to change.
I told her I cannot sleep because it’s too noisy. And she told me that she can refund me money, and she asked me to check out & go to another hotel. Can you imagine? They never tried to solve the problem and asking the guest to check out at 2am.
I’ve stayed so many hotels before, but it was my first time to see this kind of attitude from the staffs.
I told her it’s 2am, and none of hotel will allow me to check in. I cannot even make a booking for tonight already.
In the end, she said she only has 1 room left but it’s without AC. It was too troublesome for me to change the hotel at middle of night, so I gave up. I’ll never forget my experience there. It was horrible!More
