We would like to share that our hotel do have a computerised housekeeping log system which tracks our attendants cleaning and maintenance activities. From our understanding, our host entered your room without knocking only because your room door was left ajar. Additionally, based on information retrieved from our logs; our hosts did change the bath mats for all your 3 rooms daily.
Whilst we understand and accept your honest feedback, we also regret that you particularly feel aggrieved that your request for daily complimentary breakfast for your family members was not conceded. Just a gentle reminder that our hosts have actually already accorded you 50% discount on breakfast for your family members. Nonetheless, we do hope that you had a pleasant time exploring Singapore with your family..
