From the minute we arrived we felt like everyone couldn’t do enough for us. We had booked the club rooms on the higher floors with the benefits that come with that and it’s really worth doing. Beautiful reception, gorgeous rooms with great views and complimentary confectionary and soft drinks. Great location. The hotel entrance looks great and has good lounge areas.
On arrival people are their to help and assist you and the welcome was good.
The room- we booked the room with a view, the first room smelt terrible so we changed. The second room was ok but not really plush but clean.
If you are looking to visit the old 1/4 it is walkable on a cool day but you would need a taxi if it gets hot.
Pool and gym - really good.
Food and drinks - For the quality they are expensive but edible.

Everything was fabulous. The cost of a cappuccino,we thought was a bit outrageous - $S12.00 a cup!
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom has a superb choice of three types of showers to pick from.

We stayed at this place for 3 nights
I was celebrating my birthday.
The staff very helpful and friendly
The breakfast buffet had good variety of vegetarian Indian food.
We had a room with views of harbour lights nice. The room was good size however I did not really like the bathroom set up with glass doors which don't lock found it weird.
The place is huge is easy to lose your way around. The hotel has access to shopping 2 malls though hotel lobby which is handy if you want to go out to eat.
The Underground train station easy to use
Taxi stand all nearby.
We had very enjoyable experience in Singapore.

Lovely hotel. Felt very welcomed and all staff friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t stay in any other hotel in Singapore now.Swimming pool was great and a fantastic place to sip a cocktail or two after a swim.

We booked a 7 night stay in a club room and certainly thought it was well worth the extra money. It’s a spectacular view from the club lounge where you are spoilt with a variety of food and drink options for breakfast, afternoon tea and canapés in the evening, even champagne for breakfast if that takes your fancy. From the minute you walk into the club lounge you are greeted warmly by the wonderful friendly staff, a special thanks to Roy, Joseph and Win who looked after us most days. We took full advantage of the nightly drinks and canapés, which is certainly enough for dinner. It’s a real treat to drink Tattinger champagne every night as you watch the city light up, or maybe you prefer a Singapore Sling, so many choices. Our room was spacious with plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases. Two pieces of clothing laundered free every day, I added extra items because the price was very reasonable. We absolutely loved our time here, great location, easy check in and check out, delicious food, lovely room, good gym and pool, but I think it was the staff that really added to our enjoyment as they were all very friendly, attentive, helpful and professional.
