I visit regularly and the buffet is one of the best apart from the coffee. It is just not hot enough, we where served by
xavier a part timer, I acplaind how I like my coffee, Rash was the only one who could do it, but Xavier, he mastered it right of the bat, 10 our of 10

We stayed in a Marina suite in late July 2024 and it was fabulous
Staff were so friendly and helpful, leaving little notes of welcome and the cleaners making towel animals to brighten each day.
The club floor was fabulous - breakfast, afternoon tea and easily eat an evening meal there too if you wanted. Drinks every evening.
Views to die for from all windows, even the bathroom had a wonderful view.
Easy access to shopping and MRT right near the back of the hotel.
Luckily there were fireworks and fly pasts as part of the plans for the 59th birthday.
All good in the hotel was terrific.
The only flaw was that bed is very firm - not unique to this hotel but throughout Singapore. So be prepared not to have a soft bed each night.

This review relates to Sunday brunch at Colony. Apart from the staff, who are consistently very good, the food on this occasion was lacklustre. All people may care about is the champagne free flow, but we have been here maybe 10 times over the past five years and this was the most disappointing food experience to date. Is it worth the cost? I would have said definitely on our previous visits, but after today I don’t think so. I will be looking for other options in Singapore if I choose to return.
I think this is part of a wider malaise in Singapore. It has become very expensive with a much reduced offering. Not sure it gives real bang for the buck, especially for Australian visitors any more.

I and my family enjoyed the Republic afternoon tea. Marjo kindly assisted us from the moment we entered with her friendly and professional gesture. I came with my pregnant wife, kids, and friends. Marjo brought us to the table and gave us an extra pillow for my wife’s back without asking. She took care of our table and even checked if all of our food had been served knowing that we ordered the afternoon tea sets, drinks and ala carte foods. She is very observant and gave extra care to our table while my family indeedly enjoyed our first afternoon tea experience at Republic regardless of their busy operation. kudos to Marjo and her colleague Elijah for providing superb service and attention to detail. Thank you for the wonderful experience. A top notch service I must say.
I recently visited Summer Pavilion restaurant and had a delightful experience. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented and delicious come with a dishes with beautiful china art. The staff provided attentive and friendly service throughout. One standout moment was when a staff member, despite not knowing the directions to Marina Bay Sands, made an effort to find someone who could assist me. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was impressive. Highly recommended!
