A very short but sweet trip. Thank you so much to the amazing staff at Shangri-La Singapore! They made our stay easy and comfortable. The staff from the Lobby Lounge were all incredibly helpful, especially Sasi, who assisted us with breakfast. Special thanks to Warren from housekeeping, who took care of everything in our room, and to Sheryl, who welcomed us warmly at the Horizon Lounge. Lastly, Ashvinder, the sweetest staff member, made our check-in and check-out experience wonderful. Shangri-La Singapore is truly exceptional.

My experience staying at Shangri-La Singapore, was over the moon!

Starting with the warmest welcome given by all the employees around the hotel!
While also going through a gracious and speedy check in provided by Shameel and Jasmine.

The view from the room gave us a gorgeous landscape of the orange mangrove street of Singapore.
The food and beverage services was non the less speedy as well as very friendly!
I highly recommend dining in their main restaurant for the breakfast as you’ll be spoiled for choice! It’s also very family friendly!

Lastly I would also like to extend a large thanks to Sam for making sure we left the hotel without a dent in our experience!

Our experience at Shangri-La Singapore was truly wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, and the gym was phenomenal—equipped with everything we needed for an energizing workout. The buffet was absolutely delicious and incredibly varied, offering a fantastic selection of dishes to choose from. The water in the pool was spectacular, providing a refreshing escape during our stay.

However, the highlight of our visit was the outstanding service from the staff. We want to give special thanks to Jasmine at the reception, Pravin at the bell desk, and Pauline in the restaurant for their exceptional attentiveness and friendliness. They made our family stay one of the best we've ever had.
