Everything exceeded our expectations- the whole hotel is just stunning and it feels like a tranquil retreat in the CBD. The room is well designed and beautiful, our time around the pool was very relaxing, the CollectionClub Lounge location is splendid.

Special thanks to Vili, Justin, Aila and Yani for the warm welcome. The service was superb! From breakfast, to afternoon tea until evening cocktail. They were very accommodating!

Will definitely be back again because of the beautiful facade and service. We spent our whole stay at club lounge.

Though this is a newly renovated hotel, but the toilet is still very dated. The bathtub are those old age low sink which hardly made it feel luxurious enough.

The shower cubicle was like a standard HDB toilet fit, and it didn’t even bother to have rainforest shower head. Looks cheap, and with funny edges in the cubicle.

And mind you this is not a basic room but the marina bay view signature room which is going for $400/night.

Room wise bed was hard enough for a good sleep. But other than the killer view of marina bay for fireworks the hardware, and the software itself didn’t go far enough to feel value for money.

Staff is professional but didn’t go far enough to make you feel valued.

You pay for what you get. Given this rate, there are really more hotels who will be eager to offer a more pleasant experience.

I have booked this hotel through the Pan Pacific website and had a really good bargain price with free buffet breakfast. My package came with a 25 hour check out clause and it was really good catch. The hotel was previously known as Marina Mandarin and it is now calls ParkRoyal Collection Marina Bay. The renovation was done for all throughout the hotel and so the hotel rooms are clean. Overall design seems like to evolve around woods.

With the greenery in the hotel and with real birds singing, it’s really relaxing by just having a high-tea in the lobby. Really soothing and relaxing. The rooms are really big but the living area and the bedroom are separated by just a connecting door. Which means, the living room itself has two connecting doors option. It just depends on whether your bedroom is on the right or the left of the living room. The only one flaw for me was the plumbing issue with the toilet bowl. The flush is not that smooth and I had to keep having twice and thrice flushes in order to flush it. Anyway it doesn’t really bother me that much to change room and so just make do with it. By the way, the suite actually has 2 fully functional bathroom (bathe & washroom). 1 is at the living room and the other one is at the bedroom.

I did not go for their buffet breakfast but I ordered their a-la-cart breakfast set instead. Their breakfast was good. I think it was call peppermint breakfast set. I ordered at around 7+am and it just came within 45mins. It was fast and the food are still piping hot which is good!

Overall, still will book this place again when there is a good bargain price.
