Booked a night's stay after ROM. Very modern looking and spacious room, high ceilings and amazing views. Customer service was great, and the reception staff was happy to provide parking coupons to wedding helpers. Breakfast was great as well.

The balcony and high ceiling makes the room feel more spacious. The free benz ride is a nice touch and we manage to use it a couple times. Pool and gym are nice and clean. Breakfast is delicious and staffs at cafe are friendly.

I was waiting to check in and staff A ask another staff B to come outside to assist. Another customer came out of the cafe and walk up to staff B. I think staff A should’ve told staff B we were waiting in line. Staff B check us in but didn’t provide us with any hotel info.

I was going to rate 4, but from booking to check out questions May Ng is quick and professional. She deserves a star.

My stay at Artyzen Singapore had its ups and downs. When we arrived at the hotel lobby around 2:30 PM, there was no doorman to assist us with our luggage. This meant we had to unload and transport our luggage to the check-in counter ourselves, which was quite inconvenient.

Moreover, I'd like to address the unprofessional behavior of one of your staff members (the guy in the first photo). After patiently waiting for another family to finish their check-in, I approached this staff member to inquire about our check-in process. His response was curt, stating that he was still processing the previous customer's check-in without any form of courtesy or a smile. He then directed me to the center counter for check-in, but his overall attitude was unwelcoming and unhelpful. His expression made us feel like we owed him a living. We paid to enjoy the experience, not to be treated as though we are begging to stay at the hotel.

For the price charged per night, we expected a higher level of service. Unfortunately, the service we experienced was comparable to budget hotels like Hotel 81 and Value Hotel. This has been a very negative experience for us.

However, I did receive excellent customer service the next morning at the lobby. The doormen greeted us with a good morning and sent us to our vehicle. The environment of the hotel is great as you can see from the photo I shared. It’s a good hotel to stay in if you care about the staying environment. It has a nice pool and the room is great with a good design taste. I would pay for the environment but definitely not the service by that fellow.

To the positive, our terrace suite and adjoining room were very well designed and aesthetically lovely. The pool area and adjoining bar were impressive (but was very quiet - space for around 10 people to lie poolside only but a lot more at the bar). Also we were able to check in a little earlier and check out a little later and possibly received a slight upgrade due to hotels.com status, which doesn’t always happen.

To the negative, service was mixed - often great but sometimes a little chippy. Also small but notable was a lack of obvious refreshment in the lobby - no water to be seen or offered on arrival or departure, which is unusual for a good hotel in a warm climate. The main negative was the construction noise, which was seriously intrusively loud - could be heard in the room from fairly early morning through to evening and made the amazing terrace that came with the suite pretty much unusable daytime all week and weekend. It’s not their fault but unfortunately significantly affects the stay and I’m amazed guests are not pre-warned given it heavily diminishes the benefit of terrace rooms and suites.

All in, would be a solid 4 without the noise but with the noise a lot less desirable. Would stay again but only once the noise goes away.

One of the most stunning hotels I’ve stayed in South East Asia this year so far has to be the Artyzen Hotel in Singapore! This new hotel to Singapore’s hospitality landscape offers an elevated experience for its guests and it’s ideal location at the top of Orchard Road makes it a perfect choice for travelers who wish to stay in Singapore comfortably and luxuriously! This 5* hotel managed to impress me from the moment I arrived at the property with its beautifully designed lobby that has a tranquil ambiance!

It is located along Cuscaden Road in the centre of the city and there are several factors that make this a great choice for travelers visiting Singapore this year! I loved the cultural and architectural references to Singapore that are visible all around the hotel and my room, which was the Deluxe Balcony room, was not only tastefully decorated with a fresh and unique colour combination, it also offered some breathtaking views of the city! Cleanliness is a huge factor for me as I have dust allergies and I have to say that this hotel was one of the cleanest ones I’ve stayed in.

I think every team member I’ve come across in the hotel has been nothing but swift in assisting me and super friendly as well. The hotel is also just a 7 minute walk away from several shopping malls in the city such as ION Orchard but you wouldn’t really need to walk because this hotel offers a complimentary chauffeur driver Mercedes service that can drop you off anywhere within a 1.5 km radius and that really is going above and beyond for its guests! The pool that is located on the roof offers some of the most stunning panoramic views of Singapore that are not to be missed and their dining outlets such as Cafe Quenino and Quenino by Victor Liong served some absolutely delectable food that I thoroughly enjoyed trying! Not only was the presentation great but also the service, combination of flavours and variety in the menu.

I tried the Focus Menu at Quenino by Victor Liong which was prepared by Chef Sue who was the Chef De Cuisine at this restaurant and I cannot recommend it enough! Each course was beautifully crafted and the unique blend of cuisines and ingredients coming together to offer familiar yet unique and new flavour profiles was just a treat for my tastebuds! Would highly recommend dining here at least once while you are in Singapore as it is guaranteed to not disappoint!

Overall, my time at Artyzen couldn’t have been more enjoyable and I will definitely be returning here very soon for the very finest taste of luxury in the country!

Booked a staycation to celebrate a special occasion and chose Artyzen because it was pet-friendly. However, the only pet-friendly areas are just the lifts, the room you're staying in and the outdoor dining area of their Cafe Quenino. The rest are off limits to your pet.

When i arrived to check in, the staff at first told me she couldn't find my reservation, subsequently she told me the room was not ready after i showed her my booking confirmation. She then told me they would need another 10 mins and told me to wait outside at the outdoor dining area of their Cafe Quenino. 10 mins turned into 40 mins, it was hot and humid, plus there was a construction going on right beside the property so it was extremely noisy.

There was no apology and not even a single drop of water was offered. i then told them to cancel the booking, it was not worth paying >$800/night for a hotel that has absolutely no service to speak of. I don't even know how they can be a 5-star hotel. Before i left, i asked them to send an email to confirm the cancellation of the booking, and it's been days now, still no email. Artyzen spoilt my celebration, wasted my leave and time. Don't bother to waste money on this place.
