Service staff were always polite and attentive. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and flawless. Views from the room were amazing. Breakfast was scrumptious and extremely filling, and the menu also carried a nice range of items.

I had a really enjoyable staycation here with girlfriends from Friday thru to Sunday. Every aspect of the experience was tip-top! Staff and service was excellent - very attentive, kind and authentic. Breakfast was superb, a fabulous spread with great service. The room is beautifully appointed, bed is exceedingly comfortable and amenities are top-notch. The location of the hotel is very good - with an inexhaustible range of restaurants at its doorstep. It was great exploring the neighbourhood, Chinatown, Clarke Quay and Boat Quay too. It also served as a great launching point for a Sunday morning bike ride through the Marina Bay area, GBB, the Marina Barrage and to the East Coast Park. Gym and pool are really nice and empty in the early morning. Altogether, we had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend!

The Clan Hotel – Be One of Us
This is easily the best staycay hotels I have ever been to apart from Mandarin Oriental, Parkroyal Pickering and a few others. Kenneth/Kenny was an excellent staff member who made my check-in experience very smooth, quick and enjoyable with his professionalism and friendliness. Our room was top-tier quality, I truly enjoyed the room layout, as well as the big and soft bed and pillows and also the warm toilet seat!! Got me sold right there hahaha.
Altho I wish the TV had a Netflix option so we can watch our own shows but its alright!
Complementary in-room refreshments were very good! Loved the cookies.
The pool had a nice view from the 30th floor and the water is slightly cold but that is alright! I enjoyed my swimming pool experience!
Checking in and out was a breeze too as there were no queues.
The only downside about this trip is that it is a little bit over the pricier side. So do get a room when they have special offers to maximise your stay!

I had an awesome birthday staycation at The Clan hotel with my husband. The lobby has a nice tea scent and the hotel was tastefully designed. The staff at the hotel was friendly and attentive to our needs. It was a great coincidence that Kenneth Ong (Guest Service Executive) who helped us with our check-in, has the same birthday as me! He paid great attention to details and has constantly checked in with us if there is anything we need. Service here is AWESOME! The cocktails and The Clan beer at the Qin restaurant were unique and refreshing. Also, the ondeh ondeh cake that was delivered to our room, coupled with their in-house The Ritual tea was delightful. I bought some The Ritual tea back to share with my family! Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Love it's modern lux vibes, very classy. The hotel is very well designed. Enjoyed the great views of the Telok Ayer and Chinatown heritage districts against the city backdrop from the room, swimming pool and the pool. Very impressed with this hotel.
