Good service and good location. Though most of the taxi drivers are not aware of this hotel, in fact, not difficult to get there.

The staff at the reception desk were very helpful, polite and attentive. We got the Klapson's Suite, the room was very clean, big and spacious with an outdoor private Jacuzzi. However, we only can get the room one hour later of our check in timing and wasn't given any perks like later check out timing. The room aesthetics also looks very modernize compared to other hotels. The location of the hotel is easy to locate and just few mins drive to town area, they provide all the necessary amenities except there wasn't any comb, so remember to bring your's in case your hair gets messy. You can adjust the light brightness to cosy, night time or all on depending on your mood, the curtains are all automatic. The mini bar was complimentary as well which is a plus point too! The in room dining is not 24/7 which may be a bad thing. The sound system for the suite is nothing spectacular too, i hope they do install better ones in the future. Overall it is still a very good stay at the Klapson Suite.

The hotel is a few minutes away by taxi from the center and the hotel is really nice, the decoration is original which makes it way better. The staff is friendly and the amenities are good. There is a complimentary mini bar and free wifi which makes your stay even better.

Excellent rooms (Amazing shoers, excellent staff, excellent room service, decent location. All slightly let down by the fact there was loud annoying music playing in the corridors that could be heard in the room.

Room Tip: Ferarri Shower

We arrived to a small but funky lobby with lots of personality. The reception desk is situated in an elevated dome in the middle. It echos when you speak so you feel like you're in a spaceship. We checked in at 11am to the Executive Room. It's a small hotel with only 2 floors of rooms. The room has a contemporary design with a open concept shower right in the middle. Not good if you're travelling with friends. More for couples. Nespresso machine and free minibar (2 soft drinks, 2 water, 1 beer and 1 orange juice) were nice touches. Loved the Molton Brown toiletries too. I believe the suites provide Chopard toiletries.

We were there for a function and met the events manager, Dean, who was extremely professional and personable. We were too tired to try the breakfast, though it was included in the room rate. Only down side is the location, there's nothing around the hotel and the subway is not within walking distance. Taxis are relatively inexpensive so we'd still stay here next time.

The Sleeping Rhino is the hotel's bistro-styled restaurant that conjures wholesome casual dining at Lobby Level; Lucas Deli serves up gourmet and takeaway bites; while the sky-terrace bar, Fabrika, perched on 17th floor was opened in August 2010. To ensure that we continuously provide a pleasant environment for all our guest, the hotel reserve the right to levy a surcharge for any gatherings consisting of more than two person per guest room without further notice.
