We had a great time staying in this hotel. We booked a Triple superior plus room via online. Upon checking in, we saw that the room has no window. We felt suffocated, so we asked to be transferred to another room with window. Unfortunately the hotel was full as it was a long holiday. Luckily Mr. Valen Loh, the senior front office executive came to our rescue. He found a room for us in the 2nd floor with a nice view facing the street in front of the hotel. We only paid a minimal fee for the room ugrade. There was a little crack in the bath tub and there was no shower curtain, but we didn’t mind. We’re just grateful that we were transferred to a really nice room.

Good location. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Lots of cheaper food options at Whampoa market, just walking distance from the hotel. There’s also a small restaurant and store beside the hotel, where we bought our sim card and sg card which can be used on trains and buses).

Room is small without window (that was the option i picked). Location is good with bus stop right outside the hotel that goes directly to Orchard however if you are coming to the hotel via cab, there is not place to stop so the can will just stop you by the road side with cars waiting behind. Not too noisy at night despite our room right in front of the lift. Just that housekeeping (vacuum especially) was done around midnight and room was having that dampy smell due to insufficient ventilation. But for the price paid for and given Singapore hotel pricing, cant really complain much. Would have given 4/5 if not for the late night housekeeping.

The hotel was great, neat and clean. Had a wonderful stay in Singapore. They pre-placed the extra bed before we could check in. The staff were very helpful and kind at all times. They helped us book a cab to get to the airport on our departure. All good. Keep us the good work.
