Great service, all staff were very helpful and kind. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Rooms a little on the small side.
Perfect location away from the extremely busy streets but very easy to get about. The transport in this city (MRT) was excellent. All other modes very efficient but traffic is heavy.
Would recommend as a good base to explore Singapore
The hospitality we received since when we arrived Singapore, early in the morning was nothing but brilliant. The reception guy sort out everything we needed that morning, later on we met this beautiful man who works at the reception named -Azlan. He took his precious time to help us to find out where we can eat, and helps us to cross the border to Malaysia, he explained again and again with so much patience. Just want to make sure we knew what we doing, he even asked the concierge named - Ridzvan since he had a day off if he can take us around the city in Malaysia. Ridzvan said ok straight away . He was very hospitable and could not do enough for us, his costumer service was exceptional. That trip was really overwhelming. We really appreciated we met such lovely hotel staff at the Mecure Singapore on Stevens. If any reason for us to go back to Singapore to visit, that must be because we want to meet these guys again. They made our trip wonderful and safe. To have Azlan and Ridzvan in our short trip in Singapore was our unforgettable memory too.
Ridzvan and Azlan's service was nothing short of World Class, they are truely people's person and their expertise in the Hospitality business was pure class. Exceptional customer experience exhibited by the team led by Ane , whose attention to detail is remarkable ! Glenn, Thava , Sofia and Marcus were exceptional in their customer service which makes me feel so at home. Not only they know what customer experience is they exhibit a persona that makes us want to come back again and again !Well done!
Had such a nice stay! Very hospitable staff! Upon check in the receptionist named Janifer the receptionist was very helpful. Very accommodating of all my inquiries. Very professional too. Love staying at mercure because of staff like Janifer.
