amazing room, breakfast, and service. Staffs are very friendly. Good selection for breakfast and the staff brewed a cup of coffee for me. Internet is very nice. Location is very accessible. Couldnt ask for a better place. Staying here again next time
This was my first experience staying in a hotel in Singapore. My trip was an office job with other friends. Mercure hotel provides quite good service, very friendly service, clean room condition with complete facilities, friendly and good housekeeping.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and offers excellent facilities. Its proximity to the subway makes getting around the city incredibly convenient.
The highlight of my stay was the incredible staff. Thava, Ash, and Sofia were particularly outstanding. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable.

Good Hotel on a quiet street yet good connectivity with the main attractions. The food was good. Breakfast had a nice spread of options. 7 Eleven store in the same building which adds to a great convenience. The room size was small. I recommend having your rooms close to the elevators, otherwise you will end up walking on a long endless corridor. The elevators had long waiting queues. I would definitely stay a second time here.
