Hotel rooms are nice and location is beautiful . 5 mins walk from novena MTR station . Staff is courteous and provide water cooler at each floor . Breakfast is good and provide number of variety . Overall nice and comfortable stay

Good things about this hotel:-

Great location, 2 stations away from Orchard.
Within walking distance to Novena Square and Novena MRT station.
Near to hospitals and cafes, restaurants etc
Clean and value for money - large rooms
Free parking provided
Bus stop in front of hotel
Plenty of pillows & toiletries provided

Some things to improve though are the cleanliness of the hotel room carpet. During my 4 nights stay, I kept stepping on food debris which is not so cool.
Also the hotel lifts are pretty slow. Only 1 was functioning most of the time so you need to wait a bit.

Overall, if you are looking for a simple and clean hotel then you can consider this hotel. Its literally smacked in the city minus the noise of Orchard.

Stayed here 3 nights with my colleagues in the first time visit Singapore. The receptionist staff was unfriendly, poor breakfast, no free wifi, no comp water in room. But the housekeeping is good, room clean, and smile with us. In generally, I will choose another hotel to stay if come back to Singapore.

Goodwide rooms with air conditioning. Between two metrostations with acceptable walking distance. Lot of taxis available, because Newtonin road is one of the main ones in Singapore. Good servise inside.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed since traveling for more than 30 years. This hotel really lack of staffing and poorly trained, not to mentioned the outdated room. Overall most staff does not seems to care about service.
Few other 3/4 star hotels nearby are much better with service, friendlier staff, efficient, better quality and value for money. Not that near to MRT per my expectation.
An old hotel that need refurbishment.
Very poor service & unfriendly staff overall.
Aircon not cold, noisy and has to change room for few times.
Called for ice due to fridge not cold and was told staff short handed and asked us to go down to the café to take ourselves.
When asked for floor mat and toilet paper and was told have to wait for 20 minutes.
Wifi quality is very poor.
Breakfast limited varieties.

Room Tip: Ask for room change right away if you encounter air-condition not very cold, noisy or not working well.
