We stayed at Boracay beach club for 4 nights at the end of June 2015. The transfer service was fantastic, they picked us up from the airport and took us all the way through to check-in with no fuss.

The hotel itself is dated and across the road from the beach which was a negative. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We travelled with a friend and they moved our room so we could be located closer. We had a package deal including a breakfast, drink vouchers, a banana boat ride, a yacht ride and a massage which was worthwhile for us.

We had our breakfast every morning at the beachfront of Ariels house which has an absolutely stunning view of white beach. This made the location worth it! The breakfast was also delicious.

The rooms were functional and clean but need a refurbishment.

The walk to station 2 was pleasant and we ate lunch and dinner at various restaurants. It was far enough away from station 2 that we could not hear the nightlife noise.

Overall we had a fabulous time and would stay again.

We stayed September last year and had a great holiday. Staff are all very friendly, room is basic but clean and bed was large and comfortable. As mentioned by others it is not a beach front resort. The rooms and pool is separate from the hotel's restaurant and bar which is beachfront. However you just have to cross the street to get there and the security guard was ever so helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall if you're looking for a cheaper option that's clean and easy we would recommend this.

Avoid this hotel .There is construction taking place next door that goes on from 6 am until 11 pm. Also in hotel on ground floor . Food left on trays in passage ways for over four days. The staff lack any form of management. You get the feeling that staying there is is a pain for the staff who only want to watch TV. The owner should sort the staff out and make guest welcome. There is little wonder there are so few guests here.

Stayed last July 6-9 this year with my father. I surprised him with our package availed "4-Day Island Adventure Package for 2 Adults!".
It was indeed a hassle free vacay - from making the booking til we check-out and been assisted to the airport.
Their airportrep - sorry I'm not sure of his name (Celso?), he was so accommodating and always their ready for his answers whenever you'll ask questions about Boracay activities and where abouts.
Their frontdesk officers, who were very understanding for any last minute activity reservation.
Their waiters and waitresses were prompt on your food requirements.
Thank you very much guys for all your help! My father really enjoyed your resort and to all Boracay activities! :)
Looking forward to be back their at your resort.

We booked our accommodation at Boracay Beach Club based on the very positive reviews and overall rating (4.5) seen on TripAdvisor. As it was low season (travelled end of September), there was considerable overall availability on the island.
BBC organized the airport transfer for us (from Kalibo) and I am happy to say that our transfer from Kalibo to the hotel was without a problem. Unfortunately when we got to our room, the letdown started:
-Dead ants on top of the bed, easily visible. I do not know how they were missed by housekeeping staff.
-Broken shower head that sprayed half the water onto the walls with the rest getting where it was meant to.
-Unusable wifi in the room: Although the strength of the wireless signal was good, the internet connection itself went at a crawl. I had to sit on couches in the lobby to properly access the internet.
-TV with challenging remote and buzzing: The IR sensor on the TV had about a 1 m and 5 deg working range. The TV itself made intermittent high-pitch buzzing noises that did not take long to give headaches.
-Stain on the bed sheets on our final night: For us, this experience was the last straw that made us especially look forward to our departure the next day. When we returned to the room after a days outing we noticed a clear stain on the duvet corner. We mentioned this to the front desk and asked it to be changed while we were out at dinner. Sadly, when we got back to the room after dinner, the stain was still there and they had neglected to change it.

In an attempt to rectify the issues (or bribe us from a poor review?), the staff sent a bottle of champagne and two glasses to our room. They must have not noticed over the three nights that we stayed there that my wife is five months pregnant.

For the price, we expected much more.
