I’ve travelled many places, but this resort has to be at the top of my list. We arrived at there sister hotel Jony’s Boutique and the reception staff greated us with a smile and professionalism. After 2 days, we realized that we were spending more time near there sister hotel “Jony’s Beach Resort” and asked to transfer. I’ve never experience so much prompt service anywhere. Within a few hours we were on our way to our new room. The people at the front desk at Jony’s Beach Resort are exceptional and I mean all of them. Always smiling and extremely polite, they arrange for our daily request for touring, restaurant reservations, activities, you name it, they did it. Simply amazing professional service. The maintenance staff are no different, they always smile and address you with the upmost politeness and respect. The restaurant across the street, which make part of Jony’s have excellent food and the people working there have the same attitude, good service. My favourite was Tuna Tataki, the best I’ve tasted yet. The only thing I misted from this resort is a pool, but the total ambience and beautiful friendly people here, made up for the missing pool. Coming from the beach they have fresh water shower outside, so you can rinse before going to your room.

Travelled to Boracay with my family and we all had a wonderful time staying at Jony's Beach Resort.

All staff were very accommodating and attentive, even the small detail of crossing the street, their kind security will see to it that you are safe while crossing the road, which is about 3-5 steps away from the beach! Felt like a princess!

The booking was so smooth, and the requests we made like airport transfer, restaurant reservation was well taken care of (Thank you Ms. Khaye!)

I highly recommend this place. Great value for your money, nice hotel where you can relax and enjoy. I will definitely stay at Jony's again when I get back to Boracay :)

Room Tip: All rooms are easy access, but if you have kids its much better to stay in ground level rooms :)

From the moment we arrived, we received one of the best customer service at a hotel or resort so far- even compared to here in the States. It's not necessarily the fanciest/newest, but I give 5 stars for the experience. When you arrive, they give you a cold towel (you will appreciate this because of the hot humidity) along with fresh mango smoothies. SO YUMMY! I booked through Agoda.com and there were no issues with my booking. We had to wait a few minutes to be brought to the room but not any more than the usual. There are no elevators but still not an issue considering this was a beach resort SO close to the beach in Boracay, Philippines. The room size and bathroom was decent for just the 2 of us. Our view was a little obstructed but was able to see the beach a little bit. Not an issue, because the beach was only a few steps away.
They have a restaurant right across the street which is beach front. We had dinner on the beach (my first). The staff is connected with Jony's so any we needed, they were always eager to provide. We were passing and they were about to close, and they let us order a mango smoothie (i loved them) which was delivered to our room. We even got room service which was prompt and friendly which was pretty much in line with what we've had been experiencing. It's the main thing we kept saying is how exceptional the customer service was. In a sense, they pretty much make you feel like you're royalty. The location was perfect because it was technically in Station 2 but at the end of station 2 so it was fairly quiet for the most part. For the price, we both agreed that it was well worth the experience.

No wonder this resort is in the top 10 hotels in Boracay for the last few years now. Its not luxurious but the quality of service is at par with the top hotels. The staff are really friendly. From the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant. I was upgraded for free and the room is very spacious, clean and pleasant interior. Location is in station 1 and very convenient. Highly recommended for Bora travelers.

It is difficult to be on the top 10 resorts in Boracay because nowadays a lot of newest hotels were built with modern facilities and amenities. There were stiff competition especially with 5 star hotels and glad that we are still on top in terms of quality service. Our staff was well trained to provide excellent quality service in order for our guest to feel satisfied. I was very disappointed. I had high hopes since our stay in Jony's Boutique was amazing when we went to Boracay last year.

My cousin, sister and I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. During those days, the heater did not function at all. The staff fixed it, but once we turned the shower off, the heater would no longer work again once turned on. We were also assured that there's wifi. We weren't able to use their connection at all! When we tried to connect, it just says that there's no internet connection. The staff wasn't exactly very accommodating as well. We kept telling them the problem with the heater and the room. The moment we arrived back at the hotel, we were told that they fixed those already...only to find out that the problems still persist: still no heater and no wifi.

There were, however, a couple of people that we'd like to commend:
1. Kaye - She welcomed us when we first arrived. She was very professional and made sure that our bags, personal belongings and needs were well-taken cared of.
2. Sumangay - The security guard of Jony's Beach Resort was very kind. He always stopped vehicles just to make sure that we crossed the street and arrived safely at our hotel.
3. Toni - He was very friendly and made sure that our food have been cooked and served to our liking. He kept on greeting us even though we just pass by the restaurant.

If it weren't for those three people, I would probably rate this as my most disastrous stay in Boracay. In conclusion, I would not book here again.

We are disheartened to learn your recent stay here at Jony's Beach Resort fell short of exceeding your expectations. We would like to extend our apologies for the multiple wi-fi connection shortfalls and maintenance oversights you experienced while staying with us. Weak Wi-fi connection is normally one of the problems encountered here in the Island but we are very much willing to assist you if we were given a chance to solve this issue. Room transfer was also offered since water heater has a problem, however you refused since the water heater is currently working after you have checked it.

Regardless of the miscues, we would like to say thank you for praising Ms. Khaye, Mr. Sumanga and Mr. Toni for doing their best to provide all your needs and ensures that your preferences was met to your liking.
