The proeprty itself is in a rather remote part of Boracay. we stayed at the Royal Suite - the most expensive suite but unfortunately things were quite run down. In the master suite, the shower drainage was blocked, hot water did not run out after - person had a shower, tv remote werent working... seems really like it had been a long time since any guest had been there. Overall, staff did their best to help the breakfast choice was bit limited and the airport transfer was ridiculously expensive for 4 ppl at php6000!

Overall reasonable stay as it keeps you away from the very busy main beach but was NOT good value for money.

The staff seemed to be trying too hard (in the beginning anyway) the guy who welcomed us sounded so rehearsed that it was uncomfortable.
The room was lovely, we only stayed one night but it seemed to have everything you would need.
The pool was one depth and I couldn't stand up in it so it was either swim, hold on to the side or drown. Not good for kids as there is no childrens pool either.
We had a little rain during our stay and the floors around the bar area outside were lethal.
The beach is non-existant and dirty
The worst part of our stay was upon check out, we were told a buggy would pick us up at our villa, they didn't turn up so we dragged our suitcases down to the buggy area where we were told there was no buggy ordered for us, I called reception and they said the buggy was there, the guy at the buggy station shooed us away to look after guests arriving, and ignored us. We waited a while longer and approached him again, all he did was talk over us and say there was no buggy ordered. We wouldn't have minded so much but we had told them we had a trip booked and needed to leave... he then told us that reception had to send someone to check our room before we could go, fair enough, but why did reception claim the buggy was there waiting for us?
We ended up being 20 minutes late for our booked trip.
The views were pretty stunning, the hotel was very clean but all in all not real value for money.
We will be visiting Boracay again but not this hotel, we had two nights in Fairways for the price of one night here, food was better, pools were gorgeous and it had a lovely beach.

Room Tip: Ask for a room close to the pool

This resort is just one of the best in Boaracay.
The food they serve is just amazing.
They arranged all the activities we wanted to do and we were just having the best time of our life.
I would highly recommend this resort if you are planning to travel to Boracay.

Room Tip: Pick the sea view rooms, the look is just breath taking.

Despite rooms being a little outdated (although very nice), the staff in this resort allow for the most amazing experience. My family and I ran through a few issues, and upon telling reception, there was ALWAYS (literally) a fix or resolution. The staff here made the stay much more welcoming and enjoyable.

Although 15 mins away from the city centre, there is a shuttle bus that drops and picks up every hour.... Very windy at the moment and you can hear the sound through the windows, but overall a great stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights July 2017. We had a marvelous time, having the private cove mostly to ourselves, kayaking, snorkeling and just lazing on the beach. The pool is so nice and the rooms so clean but what I really treasure is the restaurant, the treatment of the staff, how exquisitely the food is prepared. Their breakfast spread is very wide and if you order a la carte, the food is prepared by an excellent chef. Food is delicious with fresh ingredients. We had the time of our life and will be back again..
