First of all, the hotel is located in the so-called Little Tokyo area near Melawai which is famous for its nightlife among Japanese expatriates. So expect loud noise from the karaokes and bars nearby. Having said that, the area is full of authentic Japanese restaurants and they open till midnight. The hotel itself is awful because it reeks of tobacco everywhere because smoking is apparently allowed everywhere in the premises. At first the hotel gave me deluxe room with no window (I've never seen a hotel room without a window before, so it is very shocking to me, I felt I was in a bunker), but then they gave me the one with a window after I complained to them. The AC was not very cool, but the overall room cleanliness was acceptable. There were not many choices for breakfast and they tasted so-so. If you can, choose other hotels near the area with more modern and clean interior.
