I have stayed at The Westin Jakarta with my friends and it was the perfect hotel.

At the westin every member of staff from security at the entrance, through reception, restaurant staff, are incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. Everyone you meet gives you a smile and a greeting. Amazing people.

The rooms are elegant, modern, clean and very spacious. From the moment you enter the hotel you feel like a valued guest.

I had the pleasure to be welcomed by the EAM Mr. Freddie, who explained about the hotel facilities, outlets concepts and also looked after us during our stay making sure that we have the best experience and comfortable stay.

I would recommend it over and above!

A return stay at Westin over the weekend. The warm greeting by the Westin staff at the car drop off point set the tone for a wonderful stay.

Room was spotless, bed heavenly as usual. Really nothing to fault. Even when on the morning of departure, while showering the pipes/pump starting making weird noises even though it didn't affect the water pressure or temperature. Service team responded immediately to locate the problem. Great response!

Henshin was awesome. Really unique food and cocktails. Never tire of visiting. Its a must visit place! Definitely try one of their signature cocktails, very well balanced and strong! Suspect Westin gives more alcohol than normal in their cocktails.

Had dinner and breakfast at Seasonal Tastes. Spread was overwhelming and over-indulged again :)

On the morning of check out, Westin had a customer appreciation event whereby they send all guests off with a cup of coffee/tea and a bag with a big sandwich and cookies. This nice surprise really puts the icing on the cake.

Will definitely return once again, early Dec! Thank you Westin for all the wonderful stays and biggest thank you to the fabulous staff!

For what is expected from luxury room, we can say they all meet (electronic blinds, comfy beds, etc). However, the amenities are very disappointing, with 3 different packaging of soap, shampoo and lotion (one is very low budget), we are wondering if they have issue with the vendor

I love the breakfast in the lounge. The service is top and the assortment of food is not huge but very focused and in a perfect quality.

I can recommend the Seasons dinner buffet. It is huge and has a great variety.

So for Jakarta the Westin will be always my place to stay.

Hotel is located at the top of the sky building with very good view of Jakarta centre. The hotel is good for family with baby as there is baby bed and cleansing pack when requested. Food quality for both wedding and breakfast is a bit disappointed. Location is good at the downtown.
