This is my quick fix for tonkatsu whenever I visit Hong Kong and cannot make it to Japan. Love their all you can eat cabbage salad and dressing. If I remember correctly, there is 2 kinds of pork you can choose, one is more on the fatty side and the other one is leaner. Pick the fatty one, you will enjoy it so much more. If you are already eating fried stuff, might as well go all the way and enjoy it, right ?
