We dined in Yamazaki Bakery before we headed on to China in Kowloon Tong Station located inside the East Rail Line MTR in Hong Kong. Although it was an early Saturday morning before 7 am, there is a lot of people lining up, queueing up for baked fresh bread for a good breakfast.
I ate the "Fish Fillet" Bread" which was averagely well made. The fish was crispy, fresh and well made. The bread was a little hard but it was manageable. The service was averagely normal although staff treated customers courteously and swiftly provided customers with their bread to avoid wasting time.
The ambience was quite poor as the store was quite crowded resulting in a lot of people lining up outside the restaurant. The price of the bread was reasonable and good for the average food provided in the restaurant.
Overall it was an average experience, with a poor ambience although there was good service, resulting into a cost effective meal.
