They have an interesting and an extensive menu. Food tasted great, specially the duck and softshell crabs. The best soft shell crabs I have had in HK. Service was a big slow even though there was hardly anyone at that time of the night when we went. Nevertheless we enjoyed the meal and the sides given to us including the peanuts and spicy noodles.
They have a limited but an interesting cocktail list.. We tried the snake tail and red silk, both of which were excellent.

Having learnt our lessons from previous nights in Hong Kong we declined the offer of tea and other items - this meant that we weren’t changed for any unwanted extras. We went for a selection of their smaller dishes and these were very nice. Ambiance was good. The restaurant was a little dark for one of her neighbouring tables who needed a torch (provided by the restaurant) to read the menu.

Had the worst hot and sour soup I've ever had in my life - bland and really disappointing! but some of the other dishes (aubergine and soft shell crab) were good. Good place to go if not everyone likes spicy food as they can accommodate for different levels of heat appreciation! Service a bit anodine.

If you want to taste vegeterian chinese that is a bit close to authentic chinese, this place in Tsim Tsa Tsui is a best option to go for Indians.
Excellent food and good service.
More over they have a whole menu for Jains. Choosing food can be tricky but the staff is very helpful.
Must visit when in Hong Kong.

When in Hong Kong , finding Vegetarian Chinese cuisine can be tricky ! but MASK situated in Tsim Sha shui fades the norms ! Specially if you’re an Indian + Vegeterian + Jain visiting HKG, you will be spoilt for choice at @mask!
We binged on -
1.Creme Brûlée
2.Cheung fan in black pepper sauce
3.Crispy Noodles with black pepper sauce
.
