We have watched what was our neighborhood bakery become a worldwide phenomenon. Kayser has had a location on the commercial street near our Paris apartment for almost 20 years. Now they are everywhere in NYC, we shopped in a branch in Lisbon and we ate breakfast in this branch across the street from the hotel we stayed in. What they offer here is pretty similar to what they offer in Paris and New York and the quality is amazingly consistent. We arrived in Hong Kong after a month traveling in Japan and were really happy to have a croissant rather than raw fish :)
