One star Michelin restuarant 4 years in a row. But you will be surprise how small the shop is. We arrived around 8pm and waited around 10min for a table. Good luck if you come on peak hour. Maybe it was late and the shop closes at 9.30pm, the waitress told us minimum order was half a goose. We had no choice but to order half a goose for two person. Luckily it lives up to its reputation. The goose is so tender juicy and the plum sauce open up your appetite. Too bad we were too full to try out other items on the menu.

In common with many of Hong Kong Michelin starred restaurants the reason this place has a star is incredibly unfathomable. However the goose is really really tasty as is the char siu . One of the waitresses was remarkably grumpy however this does seem to be the Hong Kong way. It’s not bad value and definitely worth a visit if you love this sort of roast meat.

Kam’s roast goose is the best roast goose I’ve ever tasted. Firstly, the portion is value for money, secondly the meat is so juicy and rich in flavor that you do not need to dip any sauces, thirdly the place is accessible by tram with about 7mins walk as it is facing the main toad. The only concern is, you have to have your dinner early. We reach about 5.30pm and we still have to queue for 20-30 mins before we can taste our first bite of roast goose.

Can try but i think it's not fantastic. Their century egg was good. I found Yat Lok is much better. I will definitely go Yat Lok to have goose leg.

After checking in the hotel, we went to this nearby popular restaurant for dinner. There was a long queue outside and we took a number and waited. We had our table after about 20 mins wait. We ordered the roast goose, suckling pig and the Char Siew. Suckling pig and char siew is very delicious, juicy and crispy and tasted really good. The roast goose is a bit oily but tender. The price is slightly on the high side.
