Not a complex menu, but more than adequate to impress. I have pretty well tried all their dishes. Most impressed with the seafood paella. And fan of their Kale salad (it shrunk a bit, a tad bigger would be nice). The price is a steal. Valet parking too. Menu is not like Cheesecake Factory; loaded with items. But, I dare say, the items are close to Michelin star. But prices are far cheaper than cheese cake factory. Short ribs are excellent, though, i think it only appears at dinner now. The burger and fries is excellent... 100 bucks. I love burgers, tried all the famous ones in HK. While u can loaded it with tonnes of gimmicks, simplicity is at its best. Great beef and cheese... Bun is excellent. Burger as a whole, I put it above Five Guys and Shake Shack... Fries... sorry, hats off to Five Guys. They have steak and fries... excellent... only 220. Worth a lot more if you ask me. Love to order that, but seldom do since I usually go there at lunch. Steak is a bit much for lunch for me. Ambiance... best in TST. NOT crowded seating... very important now. Sum it up... Rosewood service, at near food court prices. Best to make booking, but that's sort of a problem... their online booking I do not think its that efficient. I would think they should enlarge their draft beer selection and perhaps make a bit more push into dessert. Yes, Cheesecake Factory does have an edge in dessert. Bayfare...definitely worth going.
