每次到訪Whisk,都是在晚上,食物固然出色,四周的氛圍,更是讓人身心放鬆的好地方。

Lunch Menu分別為兩道菜 $268、三道菜 $318與及四道菜(另加頭盤及甜品 $398),如果用上MiraPlus會員更享有75折,其實相當划算。

餐前的麵包非常吸引,拎上手依然有餘溫,塗上牛油會更香,既然有朋友要節食,自己倒是老實不答氣掃了半籃。

Appetizer
Heirloom Tomato Salad
澆上了橄欖油及香草,咬落滿是茄汁,感覺清新爽朗。

Seared Hokkaido Scallop ($30)
三隻肥大肉厚北海道帶子略為燒過,仍保持柔彈的肉質,伴碟的烤雅枝竹及菊苣,帶來了兩種不同的口感。

Main Course
Broche du Jour ( 是日精選烤肉 )
其實是烤乳豬,可說是皮脆肉嫩,配上新鮮生菜,正好中和了油膩感。

Grilled Yamato Pork Chop ( 日本大和豬排 )
朋友力讚的一道菜,份量十足,足有半吋以上厚度,烤紋清晰可見,邊位略帶脂肪,但充滿了油香,咬落鬆軟富肉味,實在比預期中還要出色,伴碟的蒜頭亦烤得軟稔,陣陣蒜香在口腔徘徊,相當吸引。

Roasted Orange & Miso Hoke Fish Fillet ( 柑橘味噌烤鱈魚 )
以果香及酸度,中和了鱈魚的油份,加上魚肉細緻幼滑,真的很適合女士們在這個夏天品嚐。

14 Days Aged Australian Bone in Beef Short Ribs (480g)( 熟成澳洲穀飼有骨牛肋排)另加 $100
畢竟自己是牛魔王,實在難以擺脫牛肉的誘惑,雖然要另加一百個大洋,但份量毫不留手,足480g,由於是DA牛肋肉,烤至medium rare,中間位仍是嫣紅帶少許血絲,但肉味濃郁,油份位烤至帶點焦香,更是不得了,真心推介。

Dessert
Hokkaido 3.6 Milk Pudding ( 北海道特選3.6牛乳奶凍)
紅豆跟抹茶可說是絕配,十勝紅豆煮得軟稔,甜度雖然有點高,但連同奶凍一齊食,感覺又不至於太強烈。

Okinawan Sweet Potato ( 沖繩縣紫薯)
紫、白、黃的組合,色彩繽紛,南瓜雪糕甜而不膩,加上香濃的Ricotta Cheese與軟糯的紫薯,的確是個完美的壓軸。

整個午餐Menu已包Table Wine 或 果汁 一杯,但自己太喜歡以一杯Earl Grey Tea來清洗味蕾,讓佛手柑的幽香帶來舒適的感覺。

有時工餘後,跟另一半來個Fine Dining固然是好,但偶爾在中午放鬆一下,充充電後再博殺,未嘗不是一種慢活態度。

不知不覺間三月的日子不多了,多個Art Event也來到尾聲,各間推廣著Art Menu的餐廳也作最後衝刺,將每一道菜式也幻化成藝術品般呈現,令人愛不釋手。其中一間是小弟喜歡的Whisk,餐廳的裝潢已給人一種高貴的感覺,加上黑色加紫色的設計使人感到神秘又型格。

今年他們推出「Life is Art…..Live Yours in Colour」為題的品藝菜單,將藝術元素注入食物中,以六種顏色及地區來呈現出六道品藝菜單。未開始正式餐單前,就連麵包籃也充滿了藝術色彩,以不同的天然材料加進麵包內做成不同味道,不同款式的麵包,配搭三種不同的牛油,好好地揍拼出如畫板般的模樣,令人想入非非。

第一道名叫【MIDORI】,是富有和風色彩的綠,以牛油果薄片捲著赤蝦刺身,輔以亞魯加魚子醬,赤蝦的爽滑與牛油果的軟滑形成對比,正好突出了鮮甜與咸鮮的對比,形成環環相扣的味道。

接著是【ROJO】,即是西班牙文的紅色,一聽到名字,就會想到其中的烤章魚,配合同樣是紅色的紅菜頭及西瓜,令人耳目一新。章魚帶點韌性,與清甜爽口的西瓜及紅菜頭是折然不同的口感,不同充滿了視覺的刺激,還有質感上的層次。

第三道【ROSÉ】是法國的代表,香煎鴨肝絕對是法國的表表者,配以帶點酸甜的西柚及以番石榴做成的啫喱,吃來一點油膩感也沒有,酸性已完全將膩滯的感覺除去。

終於來到代表意大利的第四道的【BIANCO】,以白蘆筍及蜆煮成Risotto,裡面還加入了提升口感的燕麥及提升香味的黑松露,令食味即時提升。

接著的主菜可選擇,分別是代表德國兼黑色的【SCHWARZ】及【STONE GRILLD JAPANESE A4 WAGYU BEEF SIRLOIN】。由於小弟是牛魔王,當然選擇牛扒,雖然用上的是A4 Wagyu,但經過石燒後,油份恰到好處,肉汁依然豐富,最重要的是肉汁內有著濃厚的肉香,配合一小顆黑蒜,確令人回味。

來到最後了,也是有著中國色彩的【橙色】。令人意想不到的是那片有趣又美麗的糖製裝飾,遮蓋著一球以血橙及紅蘿蔔做成的雪糕,再配上楊枝甘露做成醬汁,一去整張餐單的油膩,感覺清爽。

品藝菜單若加上$360即可享用侍酒師精心挑選的美酒,以【2013 Bibi Graetz Casamatta Bianco, Tuscany, Italy】配合【MIDORI】來打開序幕,清爽的酒體感覺舒暢。接著以【2012 Josmeyer ‘Les Folastries’ Gewurztramier, Alsace, France】特有荔枝清香及稍甜的味道去中和【ROSE】的油份,來到主菜的【WAGYU】配上當然是富有單寧的【2014 Nittardi Chianti Classico, Tuscany, Italy】,到最後,亦是最難忘的是那個配【橙色】的酒器,一看就充滿中國色彩,注入【Vista Alegre 3 Years Old Moscatel, Douro, Portugal】。

經過幾款美酒的流禮下,滿足度大增,能在如此優雅的環境下享用精美的品藝菜單,真是人生一大樂事。

Amazing food and service. Kiki and her team outdid themselves. All our dishes tasted great and were presented phenomenally. I also came thrice in succession: dinner with my wife, lunch with a colleague and lunch worth my mum. All three exquisite experiences. Will be back very soon. Fois gras, heirloom tomatoes, veal - three amazing dishes

I have been lunch at Whisk many times since 2015. The food is delicious , beautiful and the portion is just fit. I have nothing to say to the services, they are good enough. However, the lunch menu is really boring, almost no change for 2 years. The desserts are not attractive so I have never took the 3 courses lunch.

位處尖沙咀的美麗華酒店,由人氣極盛的Yamm,到曾獲米芝蓮二星殊榮的國金軒,每間餐廳都帶來不同的體驗,而今次先跟朋友在Room One品嚐過具香港情懷的雞尾酒後,齊齊拉隊上心儀已久的Whisk。

餐廳環境寧靜又舒適,服務員手腳勤快又窩心,單是麵包碟是自動添了又添,見微知著,真是訓練有素。

踫上餐廳近月推出"Life is Art...Live Yours in Color" Menu,以藝術手法,帶來不同國家的風味。

雖然推出的時間有限( 只到3月24日 ),但包含了4道菜 $690 或者 6道菜 $890,另加 $360,仲可以配4杯紅白酒,性價比實在超高,就算不是慶祝生日,三五知己,都可以來一個Fine Dining。

餐前當然是麵包時間,有時候想知道餐廳水平,Homemade麵包都可以睇到多少,麵包碟配上三色芝士,擺碟仿似畫版,而色彩絢麗,與今晚主題十分匹配,塗上自家製Dry Tomato Cheese,份外芳香軟熟,加上服務員窩心地自動波任添,單是這個麵包碟,已經加分。

既然是以藝術作主題,特意帶來2013 Bibi Graetz Casamatta Bianco, Tuscany, Italy這枝餐前白酒,Wine Maker是一位畫家,就連Wine Label都是自家畫的,誠意度十足,呷一口,很清爽的礦物味,帶成熟的梨香,令到舌尖的感覺都變得清新。

整個餐牌,融合了各國的元素,加以色調的配搭,相當之有創意。

先上場的是Midori,日文是解作綠色,賣相彷似一條小巧的蟲蟲,夠晒趣緻,一節節的是牛油果片,包裹了褪殼赤蝦,外層軟綿幼滑,內裡爽甜,加上亞魯加魚子醬置面來點綴,更富口感。

紅色是西班牙Rojo,一道常見的Tapas菜色,烤章魚事前經處理過,非常有嚼勁,伴碟的西瓜切成丁方,取了中間最甜美的位置,是截然不同的口感,既然是紅色,又怎可以沒有甜菜?吃起來真的爽朗可口。

既有佳餚,當然要有佳釀陪襯,這枝2012 Josmeyer 'Les Folastries' Gewurztraminer, Alsace, France,甜度輕盈,帶來些微酒意,真是恰到好處。

至於最迷人的,莫過於來自法國的Rosé,在香煎的鴨肝上,蓋上輕柔的石榴啫喱,伴以新鮮的葡萄柚肉,呈現了粉紅色的組合,在豐腴的口感中,帶來了絲絲清新的感覺。

純白色的Bianco,是來自意大利的代表,時令的白露筍,新鮮的海蜆與及燕麥意大利飯,構成令人回味的菜色,蜆肉飽滿鮮甜,意大利飯的al dente,都是正宗的口味。

在主菜之前,就安排了一枝單寧中度的2014 Nittardi Chianti Classico, Tuscany, Italy,非常易入喉,作為Table Wine,找不到挑剔的地方。

最常見的是Schwarz,即是德文中黑色的意思,相對的菜色是烤德國豬手,如果興趣不大,可以選擇Stone Grilled Japanese A4 Wagyu Beef Sirloin石燒日本A4和牛西冷,不過要另加 $250,大廚在火喉的控制很自如,幾位朋友的西冷都是Medium Rare,中間嫣紅的肉質,散發誘人的魅力,略為灑點鹽來提鮮,肉質鬆軟富肉味,好吃到一個點。

作為配搭甜品,一眾女士面對Vista Alegre 3 Years Old Moscatel, Douro, Portugal,都忍不住嘩了一聲,但個人覺得焦糖的味道還可以更濃郁一點,但最吸睛的,反而是用上復古版的爵杯,雪白通透的杯體,繪上了中國的山水畫,隱約泛出了粉紅的酒色。

甜品是以橙色作主調的楊枝甘露,置面的通花脆脆,富有中國的色彩,沾上了由血橙、胡蘿蔔及椰子製成的楊枝甘露,真是別有一番風味。

壓軸的Petit Four,是四色Macaroon,只試了熱情果味,外層飽滿,咬一口,清脆迸裂的感覺相當對辦,餡料不會太甜,再配上一杯幽香的Earl Grey Tea,確是一個Perfect Match。
