This is a lovely restaurant, quiet, as tables well spaced, despite being full. I thought each course was incredible. We had about eight, all perfectly cooked whether vegetable, lobster, beef. Fried rice with assorted seafood was sensational Wok-Fried Australian Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras, Ginger and Spring Onion was amazing as was the sago, mango cream and pomelo dessert. Service was outstanding. No wonder it has three Michelin stars. Much deserved. But predictably extremely expensive.
