We were a family of 5 who needed an option with at least 3 bedrooms. We chose this places based on the reviews and also wanting to be a bit away from the main hotel area. The location was nice, it enabled us to see how folks lived ever day life in another country. There were plenty of places to eat with in walking distance, and despite us not speaking any of the language they were very good with us. The subway line being so close by was also convenient. One other thing this place has going for it is he English speaking guy Sev, he may not get everything fixed that needed fixing, but it was nice to at least know there was some one available to help. With that said, do not be fooled by the photos of this place. It is in disrepair. The wall paper is peeling, the floor has water damage, and there is no cable television. To be fair Sev said that this was due to some one stealing the cable lines that runs from the walls to the TV, he also said that he would get a new one sent up but, it never happen. So for this review. I have to say there is no Cable TV. I have very mixed feelings on if I would recommend this place, the price that they charge for this place is too high for the type of maintenance that has been done. However the location is such that it makes it for a safe adventure for a family.
Over all if you don't mind a run down place that is large to rest for the night, then this is your place. If disrepair is an issue I would suggest moving on. There is one huge benefit of this place. It's the Maid service, She will do your laundry if you put it in the white basket next to the washer (you do need your own soap) We paced for 8 days but because our clothes were washed daily we only needed about 3 days worth.

We were 9 people 5 adults and 4 kids and there are not so many options within our budget that could fit our requirements. The guy that hands you the key is very nice any question was answered in a very helpful way. This was not a fancy apt but it worked for us. One recommendation is that you ask the guy to send you the GPS coordinate because the taxi drivers had hard time to find it with just the address. Also we discovered that we were not in building D58 as specified by the landlord but D55 as written in the apt keys. The kitchen is ok, fridge, microwave, stove, sink. There is a washing machine but not dryer, the good thing is that since there are ayis (house mades) you can throw the dirty laundry in a basket and when you come back in the evening the cloths are hanging clean in the drying lines. Location is not super great, they are reconstructing the main street in front of the building and there is not much western restaurant or cofffee shops. We did not use the subway but it shouldn't be too far.
