Stayed here only for a night, but was very impressed. Very clean, modern rooms with beautiful decor. Rooms are very large and spacious as well, bathroom is well equipped and clean, food is good as well.

Had a pleasant stay here. Only problem would be the lack of english speaking staff, especially the ones answering the phone for room service. It took like 3 different calls and over 30 minutes to order some food. However the staff are very helpful and tried their best to accommodate. The room was quite spacious as were the bathrooms with all necessary amenities.

This is a well appointed hotel, extremely close to Caishikou subway station and thus convenient for getting to all the key sights in the city. Whilst not in the centre of town, the area is safe and the hotel itself has good facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and our position on the 18th floor afforded us with quite a vista (although the area does not have great views per se). Breakfast in the cafe was good, although I would not recommend the cafe for lunch or dinner. The separate lounge bar is stocked, but bar staff lacked linguistic skills and getting a drink was challenging! Good (slightly pricey) restaurant on the hotel 2nd floor, but again not much (if any) English spoken. However, it was fun to order from the pictures on the menu, the food was good and serving staff were very nice.

Room Tip: Rooms on 18th and above are "executive", comfortable, quiet and had plenty of room. Better to get a room overlooking the hutong area.

The Hotel rooms are big but it is a typical chinese Hotel. more cover than Content. e.g. at the reception they understand very bad English - besides check in and out you are lost. Restaurant is very crowded and it could have been a bit more western Food, e.g just a few Corn Flakes for breakfeast. Internet Connection was terrible slow and like in China many Websites are blocked. Hotel is a bit off piste so careful, most Taxis don't know it and can not find it.

The hotel is just distance from train station and is pretty big room. Booked for business purpose and the price is acceptable for the size of the hotel. The quality of the staffs varies from not very good to good, so suggestion is try your luck. The swimming pool and gym are good, reasonably big and comfortable. The only downside is there is no any 24hours shop around but a lot of historical places are within walking distance.
