Prior to my visit many friends had recommended the place to me and in 2020 I decided to travel here for my first experience which was very pleasing and memorable. When 2021 came had to confirm if the place is consistent with its service and for sure they didn’t disappoint. Firstly I got sick and the hotel had a nurse within who was very helpful. Voyager has an extremely friendly and attentive manger Sammy who is always on the ground interacting with visitors and is great at taking feedback.The meals are always a mouthwatering treat. After dinner their is a great show by the A TEAM with impressive performances.Who can forget the amazing classes hosted by Jackson every morning at the aqua pool and Zumba class, who always make’s sure you workout the extra calories form the delicious meals. Truly Voyager is the place to be, home away from home, the place is a memorable travel experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Voyager hotel this past Christmas season. The environment is always welcoming the wide variety of food is always a melting pot of various dishes and experiences you cant miss anything seafood was always the best for me!The hotel also creates an environment to interact with other guests which makes the experience of staying here better not forgetting the always entertaining A team during after dinner entertainment who are very impressive and will never get bored watching their act. Favorite thing to do was the Zumba class and morning aerobics by the pool with Jackson lots of laughs and super duper fun! Cant wait to be back.

Excellent service from Victor the kaskazi waiter .He paid extra attention to my son’s needs. Lovely resort. Staff from recreation were also exception, thank you all. Once again Excellent service delivery from Victor. We will probably come back again.

When at Voyager, one feels homely and cannot tire going back again and again. I was there on 12 December 2021 for five days and it was our third visit as a family and felt as if it was our first visit. A big thank you to the reservation team and especially Bedan who has an excellent memory and kept on checking on us on email even before we traveled. The children's care Team great was amazing and took care of children well and a big thanks to Carol who has a grand passion for kids and Esther, Susan a big thank you too. At the pool, Jackson was amazing, as he could bond with kids as much as he was busy with adult water games. Evening, the entertainment team was always well coordinated and a big thank you to all. Appreciate the waiters and especially Anthony who served us happily and others as well without getting agitated. A big thank thanks to Manager Kevin, who walked around to collect views from the visitors and gave us amble time. Manager Charles a big thank you as you were always on the lookout and took note quietly of any gap and addressed it immediately. The cleaners were on point though I never met them, the washrooms were sparkling clean! The chiefs were supper and made sure the food was appetizing and prepared, always yummy food and they were enticing…. Chef Onyango and others we appreciate you and many thanks for the good work and even giving us recipes.
Finally, my appreciation to the entire Voyager team and good work to the management under for the great.. kudos Mr. Wasike for having such an amazing team!!! KEEP THE VOYAGER SHIP SAILING DEEPER AND DEEPER!!!!

The hotel is themed around ship and voyages, each day the ship ( hotel) docked in a different port which was identified by the flag hanging in the reception area. The meals in the restaurant would have a choice of food from the country we were visiting. Our room was on the ground floor of a block that looked out to the Indian Ocean and a few paces away from the Adult Pool, but close enough to the livelier pools. The choice of food for every meal was extensive and although a buffet , it was served by the chefs from behind perspex screens, ensuring that all covid precautions were adhered to, as well as being met with a dash of hand sanitiser before being shown to a table. The bar overlooking the Ocean was a prefect place to start and finish the evening. The hotel did get very busy at the weekends but we always found a tranquil spot to enjoy our relaxing holiday. All the staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful and the adult pool attendant Ahmed always went that extra mile, and as a bonus he was a fellow football coach, coaching young boys in the local area. The beach isn't private so does have local people trying to sell you trips and gifts, slightly annoying but it is their only way to make a living. We will hopefully return some day
