The hotel is old fashioned and it’s not luxurious, but it’s very efficient. Staff are very kind and everything works well.
The breakfast is amazing and the location is good as well. I probably would stay here again in another opportunity.

A wonderful location on the Nile bank with pool area in the Nile itself! The breakfast is fantastic- huge variety of choices and tastes great. The Chinese restaurant on site is also a great price for fantastic food and good service.

Not given 5 stars, as the rooms are a little dated and bathroom is small, but they are clean and comfortable.

What really makes the hotel is the staff. They are so helpful, attentive and friendly. The staff in the Chinese restaurant are superb also. Special mention to Manal on reception who couldn't do enough to help us check in and get sorted. And one of the best bar-men we have ever come across- Mohamed- thank you for your wonderful service- remembering our drink order and exactly how we liked it.

We were also very impressed that the security logged that we had been taken out on a boat from the pool area- for our safety.

Thank you all staff at the hotel- you are an excellent team.

As an aside- please do us a favour if you can, if you come across a 12 year old boy who stays around the outside of the hotel, called Mohammed- slim, not so tall, thick, dark, curly hair- please say hello from Simon and Kathryn and help him if you can. You can trust him and he will show you round and help you barter.

Room Tip: Best views are Nile views- but this is extra. Internal balconies are fine and good wifi from them.

As always our experience at this hotel was wonderful. The staff are marvellous - always happy to provide for your every need. The hotel's location is second to none - right on the nile and within easy walking of Luxor temple and the souk. The heated pool is situated on a barge on the river. Good food, good service comfortable rooms and excellent views - what more can you ask for. Look forward to our next visit.

It is just on the Nile and the view of the West Bank is quite good, just opposite to Move and Pick Hotel. the rooms are comfortable and if there is a choice go for a Nile view room ( their standard rooms don't have the Nile view but have the inside of the hotel view) the breakfast is quite good and has a lot of variety. This hotel doesn't provide complimentary water and it is quite expensive in there. Beware of a lot of horsecart fellows outside the hotel who pester you to go with them for a sightseeing. The Luxor temple is about 8 minutes walk and close to that temple you have a lot of shopping and marketplace.

Room Tip: Make sure to buy the water from outside and beware of a lot of unprofessional so-called guides outside the hotel.
