The location is great right by the Nile. We checked in and coming from Dubai we found the property looked a little dated but once we checked in we just loved in. The walk in closets, the bathroom, the smiling staff and the overall great service just made it great. Plus it was the first time I used hotel toiletries. We spent every evening by the pool with good food and shisha. it's a pity we didn't get a chance to visit the Italian Restaurant.

With a breath taking view of the Nile River. Beautiful décor, very friendly staff, delicious buffet breakfast. Connects to a wonderful restaurant and shopping. Even pool, exercise room and hookah bar.

Stayed for 2 nights on business and the hotel did not disappoint. It is a little dated now in terms of design and finish but the room was perfectly clean, bright and a good size. I had a nile view but my colleague had a zoo/pyramid view from the other side. Breakfast was excellent and great value.
Located directly next to the French Embassy and what appeared to be a shocking zoo, there are also some restaurants on the road directly behind on the Nile.
30 mins to pyramids in the morning but a good 60-120 mins from the airport.
Overall would stay again and recommend it for all travellers.

We found this hotel to be very beautiful and exceeding in customer service. It's too bad it's located in such a dirty, over crowded, traffic congested area of town. There really isn't a better hotel for what we wanted though. We wanted to be close to the Pyramids, close to the Nile and top customer rated. I recommend this hotel, but plan to have a driver take you to another area enjoy the sites.
