What makes this hotel great is that the staff are being trained the whole time (on average half a day per week they do role play). It pays off. Everyone you meet is trained and provides a great service.
For example when you arrive, you are greeted with a warm welcome. You are offered a concierge to take your bags. The reception ask if you would like your bags unpacked for you or some ironing. The concierge also asks you if you need something. Then the phone rings, calling you by your name you are asked "Is everything ok, is there anything else I can do for you ". The hotel are constantly checking how they can make you happy.
If you need something washed, it is returned in around an hour, with a gold ribbon, pressed and ironed beautifully, and also a smile.
