We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at this magnificent hotel. We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the Nile. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The bed in particular was very comfortable. No complaints!

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide choice. Service throughout the hotel was faultless.
I thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel. You will not be disappointed!

Recently stayed for three nights at the end of a Nile cruise. We booked a Diplomatic Suite, which was superb - lovely spacious room with a fabulous view from the balcony. The fixtures & fittings in the room were exceptional (e.g. both Egyptian and Western power sockets with USB charging points available), comfortable bed and lovely shower. Even the standard wifi was a good speed.

We booked the car pick-up service from the airport, so the check-in experience was very smooth - taken straight from the car to the room. The Hungarian lady who checked us in was very charming & explained everything clearly.

We ate in the Bella restaurant twice (great food, great setting), the Upper Deck once and had lunch twice at the Pool Grill - food and wine very reasonably priced. Something very wrong with the cocktail pricing though, which explained why the bar was always empty. Cocktails priced at EGP450 (plus the taxes of 26% overall), which comes to £26 or nearly $35 per cocktail all in - I wouldn't pay that even in the very finest hotels in the world. We had just come off a high-end Nile cruise & the cocktalis on the boat were 1/3 of the price at the Four Seasons. Cocktail prices need to be cut by at least 50% to make them competitive. Strange for the cocktail prices to be so out of step, especially when all the other drinks were competitively priced.

The service was generally good, but we did experience a few areas where it wasn't up to the usual Four Seasons standards:

- In the Upper Deck restaurant, the service started fine, but seemed to stop entirely when a football match started. The staff put the match on (far too loudly) in the restaurant, huddled round the screen & ignored the guests from that point. We had to get up and interrupt the staff to get dessert menus and the bill etc. Understand that Egyptians are very passionate about football (especially if Mo Salah is playing), but that shouldn't be to the detriment of the customers.
- Turn down service missed two nights out of three (seemed to come either way too early, before we'd gone out to dinner, or too late, after we were back and getting ready for bed)
- Instructions for meeting the car pick-up at the airport incorrect - the map provided clearly said we had to meet the driver at exit 3 to terminal 3. Had to phone the hotel to make contact with the driver, who subsequently explained that they always wait at exit 1 to terminal 3.

All in all we had a lovely time at the hotel and would gladly stay again for the setting on the Nile and quality of the rooms.

Room Tip: Loved the Diplomatic Suite - spacious, well appointed & great views

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel. Absolutely everything was spot on and of a standard few hotels can achieve.

I had an amazing room overlooking the Nile, super views both during the day and at night.

I must commend all staff for their professionalism and dedication, but especially for the house keeping staff, the guys cleaning my room were so thorough and had amazing attention to detail. This is one of the few times I have been present when my room has been cleaned. I never knew so much work was involved! Top marks to the unsung heroes of the hospitality trade.

The security at this hotel is excellent and offers tremendous reassurance to visitors from around the globe.

The gym was well equipped and had a tremendous Spa area. I also had several meals at the restaurant which were great. The service was again first class.

A super hotel!!!

Room Tip: Nile view strongly recommended.
