I stayed here for 3 nights back in May with friends. The rooms were clean and had basic amenities. The location is not too suitable for families as itaewon sits in the red light district of Seoul. There are lots of restaurants, good western style bars and heaps of tourists partying at night. The metro is walking distance and there are plenty of taxis around. I enjoyed my stay here and would probably return to this hotel if in Seoul again.

This hotel is located at Itaewon-dong where is the SOHO area with many pubs and restaurants. It is also near Itaewon station, so it's very convenient to go to the other places. However, there are some mini-clubs in the way to the hotel. Sexy club girls and drunken men were there along the way to the hotel at night. That's why I don't suggest girls and kids to stay there.
We have stayed in a two beds room for 4 nights. The room is small that I have kicked the bed for twice and made two wounds on each foot. The perfume is so strong at the lobby and the corridors. There are two bottles of water in the fridge, but they are not free. Each coats $2000 Korean dollars. The hygiene of the washroom is under average. There was bad smell and the white towels were all in grey colour.
You can order the deep fried chicken from the front desk. The staff is polite and helpful. They can speak English and Putonghua.
The price of a two beds room is around $450 HK dollars. So, if you are not shopaholic (limited space in the room) and travel with companies, it may be suitable for you.

I've stayed several times at I.T.W when the Hamilton is booked. It's located up an alley in itaewon, which can be a good or bad thing depending on why you're visiting. If you're looking for nightlife, this hotel is great! Just down the hill and across the street is a few of my favorite bars. They even had extra charging cords in case you forget yours. Check-in/Check-out is a breeze. They offer free-parking if you had a car.

I stayed twice in this hotel , generally clean and hospitable crew , good location which is in the heart of Iteawon district.
room amenities are quite acceptable which includes toiletries ( tooth paste , tooth brush , comb , etc) . safe deposit box , kettle , tea and coffee.
crew at reception desk are eager to do any thing they can in order to assist guests .

A result of poor research done, this hotel was booked on the premise on its price and its proximity to Grand Hyatt where I had to go for an event. The photos certainly do not provide a complete picture of what is in store.

I would caution all female travellers to not stay at this area.
The hotel is clearly located within the red light district of Itaweon. The surrounding shops said it all.

For the room, there is nothing to be desired:
1. It reaked of smoke
2. Stains were obvious on the bedsheets
3. Towels were thin and light grey

And yes, it should be classified as a motel than a hotel.
