Staff was friendly and courteous. Bartender Nicholas was awesome. He waited on our table with 8 people by himself and was able to multitasking the entire night. He deserves a raise. The cleaning of rooms was daily and the cleaning staff did an excellent job.

I spent my birthday in Colombia, and I chose hotel Dann Carlton Bogota, excellent choice. They prepared a nice room decorated with balloons and a pieces of cake. Every single detail was very nice. Excellent service.

Me and my family stayed in the hotel
for 5 days. It was great. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast has a variety of tropical fruits and Yogurts. The hotel personnel was very attentive and provided an very good service.

They advertise this hotel as a 5 star hotel, when the rooms are terrible, even a motel has better rooms. The beds and the quality of the sheets are terrible. The quality of the food is terrible and they even charge you for the extra shampoo you use.
It is the WORST hotel I have been to in Colombia.
Avoid having an unpleasant experience staying at this "MOTEL".
