This was a very important trip to Bogota to spend with my wife and in-laws. Prior to arriving I was in contact with the hotel due to the severe peanut allergy I have and also to make sure that we would be close to my in-laws room. The communication and assistance prior to arrival was prompt & efficient with all of our requests When we arrived we were greeted and taken up to the club lounge to check in. I was delighted to find out that both of our rooms were next to each other and that we were both upgraded to suites. The first room we brought our bags to was my in-laws and it was a huge suite with a living room and extra bed for my brother in-laws. After getting them situated my wife and I went to our room which blew us away! They upgraded us to a HUGE executive suite with a living room, dinning room, kitchen with full size refrigerator, & two very spacious bathrooms.. The suite was one of the best suites I have ever stayed in. Both of our suites were extremely clean & the beds were very comfortable The grand Club lounge staff was very friendly and well aware of my allergy prior to arrival. Zaitania Spa had 3 hot tubs, 1 large swimming pool & a cold water pool to cool down in.

First class with everything you could want.

Great service throughout the hotel.

We were extremely happy and spoiled by Hyatt

I Highly recommend staying here if your travels bring you to Bogota .

The hotel is modern with luxurious guest rooms & suites
The restaurants and bar have exquisite food and service.

15 minutes to the airport,walking distance to the mall, safe location.
Definitely 5 stars all around.

My wife and I have stayed at other hotels in Bogota including the JW & Hilton and I would definitely stay here at the Hyatt over any other hotel in Bogota.
