The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The carpet leading up to the convention centre is worn out and tired. The room and the ensuite are roomy. My sleep was awful as the bed was a banana bed. The pillow was either too thin or too thick. I asked the hotel if they could provide us with thinner pillows, but the reception staff seem to have the problem understanding me and the extra pillows they gave us are thick ones.
This is the second hotel in our month stay in South America that would provide in room tea making facilities. We just love it.
The food at the cafeteria was good value and the wait staff was helpful. There weren't many vegetarian options on the menu but the chef was accommodating and made us vegetable soup.More
