We had the daily menu, which the signs said was 33 bolivianos. The meat ball soup was 95% water and 3 tiny meat balls. The rest of the food was bellow par. When we went to pay the price had magically risen to 39 because we had both the salad and the soup. Nobody had told us anything, I think she made it up to overcharge the tourists. She also gave back the wrong change. Do not go near this place. There are many better options for a lower price on calls 20 de octubre that won't try to rip you off.

The place is really nice and cozy, good attention and amazing food.
There are many German pastries to choose from, and all of them are great.
It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it.

I give it a 3.5/5 as pastries used to taste better. Their lunch offers the option of soup or salad. Main dish is ok. It is another place we chose to celebrate a birthday in the middle of the week.

Not the cheapest café you'll find, but it's priced at par with pretty much all the other cafés directed at tourists in La Paz. It's located in desirable Sopocachi, and offers pretty good service and great WIFI. I've been there twice, haven't had any set meals there but have enjoyed coffee and pastries both times. Worth a trip!

Passed there by chance and decided to take a dessert there after a dinner in Sopocachi.
The maracujá tart and hot chocolate were just delicious!! They tasted so good that I went there again for a late breakfast another day. It's not really cheap (for Bolivia!!) but in my opinion - worth it if you like sweet treats.
