Buenas tardes Emanuele, nos alegra saber que la estadía en nuestro Hotel fuera de su agrado!
Los esperamos en sus Próximas vacaciones en Punta del Este,
The hotel is not worth the 340 Dollars it charges for a night during high season. It is well located, the bedroom is fine and the staff was helpful, but it is way below what a hotel should be for this price.
Even though they knew the hotel was full they did not prepare properly and there were items missing in the breakfast, and not enough staff to clean the tables. The room I stayed at had an issue with the AC that was fixed after I complained.
No offense to Holiday Inn, but you get what you paid.
This hotel, located in one of the best (and most expensive) beaches of south america should not advertise themselves as good. For $470 a night I expected something decent to spend the night. It is located in Gorlero, which is the downtown of Punta de Este. But everything in the room is old, poorly decorated and worst of all a little dirty (there was mildew in the bathroom tiles, a dead bug in the utensils drawer).
They try hard to deliver good service but for that amount of money stay at Conrad, where you do have what you pay for.
This hotel is disgusting. Not sure how anyone could rate it otherwise. The rooms are very small. Our room has what looked to be blood smeared all over the curtains. The bathroom was barely big enough for one person to fit in and the ceiling was covered in mold. The sheets and comforter were soiled with what looked like semen. There was also a musty smell in the room. The hotel and room feel like you are in a prison of some sort. The halls ways are filthy with dirty carpet and has gray metal doors. The breakfast is lunch meat and bread and the other guests there act as if they've never seen food before. The hotel is about 7 minute walk to Los Dedos which is also the best beach in town. The hotel does have free beach chairs and umbrellas. We tried to go find another hotel but since we were there in off season a lot of the nicer hotels were booked or closed. This place would be similar to a very cheap motel in the US.
The hotel is very simple but very well located near the Brava beach. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and the price is one of the cheapest that we found. The breakfast is better than expected. Pretty nice deal !
Very well located, rooms recently renovated, this hotel was more than I've expected for its price. Flat screen TV, confortable bed, efficient heating (I've been there during winter), good breakfast and located in the hottest spot of Punta del Este (Peninsula). Staff was very helpful and nice, I definitely recommend this hotel.
