Very friendly staff and excellent accommodations. We went to The Executive lounge for complimentary drinks before heading out for dinner but actually ended up staying for an enjoyable dinner as well.

Was able to use the gym and spa after a massage. Currently running a special for 250 AED for 60 minutes. Definitely would stay again.

Room tip: Executive lounge is on the 8th floor.

I have stayed several times in Abu-Dhabi, my recommended place is always the Hilton Capital Grand Abu-Dhabi, the hotel is so clean, the staff are great, food and facilities are really first class, definitely my recommended destination in Abu-Dhabi

Location is good. Staff is very friendly and they take care of your requirement on priority. Atmosphere of the hotel is very very friendly they make you feel at home. Looking forward to stay again....

My family and I stayed for a couple of nights in this hotel a couple of weeks ago over the weekend, there was a large Rugby even going on in the Capital and a great number of people would have been staying over yet, the Hilton Capital Grand, which is located right next too the stadium, failed to realise the opportunity this provided, to be fair, the rooms were perfect, the hotel itself is very good and clean, what you would expect form a Hilton however; management totally failed to understand the number of people that would be staying in the hotel, a perfect example was the Thursday night, we were sat at the pool, I ordered a glass of wine, when I ordered the second one, it took over 35 mins to arrive! our food arrived so late that we almost were about to leave and a friends beer was actually so late that the person had already given up and gone to bed! The staff bless them, were doing their absolute best but, they were seriously undermanned, where was management? I have come across this in other places but, hotel managment have stepped in to help, I have even seen GM's taking orders to help out, NOT at this Hilton, seems the GM was too busy doing whatever.. the same theme carried on to Friday afternoon, and it got even worse, the pool and the pool bar and Noce restaurant were absolutely swamped, and the same poor 4 or 5 individuals from the night before were still trying to cater to the mass of customers, it was so bad that we were having to go into the bar, take our used glasses and ask to get filled up at the bar to help out the staff, again I do not fault the staff, they deserve a medal, they did the best they could but they were terribly undermanned, is the GM trying to save costs? Does he no realise that F&B is a great opportunity to make money, especially when there is a sudden influx of over 3000 people to the capital in one day? Another let down was the Breakfast buffet, seriously bland and uninspiring, I always look forward to the Breakfast at hotels but, on the second day, I didn't really bother much more than a bit of muesli and some bread, it was just too bland to waste stomach on it. Hotel Management should give their staff a big pat on the back for doing their absolute best but, they should take a long think about the amount of money they missed out on because they simply could not even take orders quickly enough.

We visited this special hotel for the fifth time and it was great as all the times before. Especially the People who works here are very kind.
We sit in the Executive Lounge every evening and loved to talk with Francisco! He is very helpful and polite. It is a pleasure to be here and have a nice time.
