Perfect place to stay in Abu dhabi, beautiful hotel, big and silence rooms and good service. Everyone who works at the hotel its nice and gentil.
Just the smell of cigarets in the rooms was horrible, they need a area with no smoking rooms urgent.

I booked this hotel literally a few days before travelling to Abu Dhabi for a week.

Now after booking it I realised the last check-in was midnight, and my flight arrived in Abu Dhabi at 1:00 AM. However I emailed the hotel on the following email address;

contactus@binmajid.com

and advised them I will be checking in after midnight, they responded pretty quick confirming that is fine and the room will be ready.
Got to the hotel and was checked-in fairly quick. Paid the hotel tax and was shown to my room.
On first impression the room was very clean, decent size bathroom with bath and shower etc.
The bedroom itself was quite big with a HUGE bed! In terms off its comfort the pillows were good, mattress was average a bit tough.

Strong wifi signal had no problems with that (FREE INTERNET), decent size television, big desk to do your work, large wardrobe (could have done with more coat hangers) safe in the room.

AC in the room giving out cold air, however it is really loud, couldn't sleep at night without either using ear plugs or just simply switched it off, which for me was fine at in Feb it is not that hot at night, but can't comment how it would be like in the summer.

The hotel gives 2 bottles of water everyday whenever the room is cleaned (complementary)

On the 15th floor there is a gym, which has enough for you to keep up with your workouts (please don't expect a full on gym) it is basic but more than enough to break a sweat and stay fit or to get a good pump.

I got the breakfast option with the hotel, and to be honest it was worth it. Had a big variety option for breakfast too much to list, plenty of healthy options. (breakfast times are from 6:30 AM to 10 AM.)

Now, in terms of it's location it was well located. Corniche Beach is approximately 1.5 km away so literally a few min taxi ride. Abu Dhabi Mall is 1.5km (10 minute walking distance) There is a mosque further up the road. Plenty of eating places nearby such as; Fridays, Hardees, Pizza Hut etc, Baskin & Robbins etc etc. Overall a comfortable hotel. However I can't comment on noisy neighbours as there was no one staying in the room next to mine. My view wasn't great either. Room service was good.

Try avoid buying things from the restaurant /cafe next to the lobby of the hotel (this is a seperate business from the hotel), very expensive. Go for a little walk and find something cheaper i.e Redbul can cost approx £6 there, whereas if you go to a corner shop nearby it will cost approx £2.

My pictures aren't the best but hope it helps. I would have no problems staying here again, it's a decent hotel if you have a mid-range budget.

Room Tip: AC unit is very noisy, but the rest is adequate was comfortable.

if you want a budget stay in Abu Dhabi here is one,, i stayed here for 2 nights during my business trip,,, nothing bad to say,, convenient location where you can easily find a taxi and the staff were very helpful too.. definitely value for money... rooms need little quality enhancement and house keeping need to do a better job in rooms... Rooms weren't that specious but sufficient.. enjoyed a good bfast too... will definitely stay again... its one of the best in that category for sure... DRY HOTEL :)
