Exceeded our expectations on a casual one night stay in Abu Dhabi. Recommend it if you are in the area. Great service, nice facilities for both business or family stay. If at the hotel, also try the Italian restaurant, quite good.

The hotel is great! A fine luxury with amazing staff and fantastic atmosphere. We were there for two days only but would love to come back for a longer stay. The rooms are clean, neat and luxury with nice furniture and great panoramic views. The Italian restaurant we visited is also very good with great selection of food and beverages. The staff, butlers and attendants are doing a excellent job keeping the hotel up to the standards and the guests really comfortable! Thank you all. We will come back soon!

I have been here for a very quick business trip. The hotel was very nice, great interior, great staff, great meeting rooms and.... also good Internet.

They have a butler service which is nice, however you feel a bit awkward when taking this service since that is a bit 18th century :)

And... the Internet improved since my last visit.

One tiny suggestion: they should improve the selection in the restaurant. It is very nice but it is not special.

Hotel is wonderful ,rooms are great even thou I though the mattress is a little uncomfortable , service is good , location is very good, great view from the room . The only reason I didn't give hotel the excelant is the food in the main resturant it was not great (it was ok), I will go back ,it's a very nice property.

Room Tip: See view especially if you get the one on the corner ( see and ocean view)

This luxury hotel failed to live up to its reputation. It has comfortable rooms and bathrooms with a butler service on every floor and a decor that does not assault the senses. We stayed in a sea view room which had spectacular views of the ocean. Staff were attentive and professional as is expected of a 5-star hotel.

However, we arrived at the hotel at 4.00 pm and our room was not ready. We were told to wait for half an hour. Needless to say, the room was still not ready and we had to wait a further 30 mins. This was a huge disappointment for a hotel of this caliber that guests are expected to wait for an hour to check-in. Not only that, there was no coffee-shop or bar open to have a drink while waiting. There was no apology from the hotel other than apologies from check-in staff. In my book, that was not good enough especially a hotel of this standard. A complimentary bottle of wine or late check-out should have been offered.

Also, the pool and and Asia de Cuba restaurant are located on the other side of the road which requires quite a walk through an underground tunnel. Not so convenient if you happen to forget something in the room and you have to nip back to get it !! Also not too good for wearing high heels to dinner ! I took them off to negotiate the walk from the hotel to Asia de Cuba !

Not sure if we will stay there again if we had a choice.
