I've been staying in Abu Dhabi for an international exam. Therefore, I was searching for a budget hotel and has big rooms. I found this hotel due to my examination center. It was close, and that's wyh I booked in this hotel. The price as well was awesome so far, for a one-bedroom apartment. It was so clean and calm. the room was wide and comfortable.

I hope they don't increase their prices soon.

Room Tip: high-floor rooms

Located in a busy road but not noisy. Furniture are very good and adequate. Average size room with well equipped kitchen. Very good reception staff. We only stayed few hours. We were given a room with a bathroom designed for disabled hence was a wet-room. Many restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity. Tea and coffee making facilities toaster and microwave. Free Wi-Fi

Generally the hotel is quite average in terms of service, it's got ur basics but nothing great about it. No free parking. They supposedly clean your apartment three times a week but look for reasons not to. I was staying for a full month and every week I had to complain about their cleaning service. They think cleaning means changing towels and bedsheets only. There would be spills on the counter and they would leave them there without cleaning. The floors would still have dust after they finish cleaning. Quite run down furniture as well, rugs with stains and cigarette burns. Our room door knob was inverted which meant u can't close the door and we had to ask them to change it along with the microwave that wasn't working. Quite a disappointment.

Cannot fault this place. Central to everything.
Staff fabulous. Bed and room excellent. Food very good. Very much enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to anyone requiring accommodation central to amenities in Abu Dhabi.
Extras in room very useful.

First thing i notice about this hotel apartment is its cleanliness. At first i was a bit skeptical about the building since it is not looks new. Also i have several experience staying at a hotel apartment which is not clean and tidy.

Located at Sheikh Rashed bin Saeed Al Maktoom Road, the apartment has easy access to get around in Abu Dhabi. It is easy for the guest to find restaurant/stores around the hotel.

I stayed there for two nights. the apartment has two bed room (one twin and one single bed) each room has en-suite bathroom + one toilet for guest. it has a living-dining room, and clean kitchen area. it has refrigerator, water boiler.

The room was clean and tidy. no issues with the AC, plumbing or linen.
Wifi connection was good. It is shame that the room has only satellite tv (not cable tv) which is quite annoying for some people not familiar with the system/mostly arabic tv channel.

The hotel has roof top swimming pool and restaurant at the lobby floor.
for 650 Dhs per night, it is has - value for money - quality since the apartment could accomodate up to 6 adults.

One of the recommended hotel apartment in Abu Dhabi.

Room Tip: ask for a room with view to sheikh Rashed bin Saeed Al Maktoom Road
