Very decent location, close to downtown and to raouche. The service was great from the moment we checked in. Breakfast is really good - love the view and pool. Overall a super place to stay! It has a decent gym too!

This the place where we like to organise our meetings,
situated in an area not far from the city, but far from its crowd
Directly on the Mediterranean, it has access to the sea, but it has also a big out door poll
The meeting rooms are placed in special area not be disturbed by anyone
the food is excellent and the banquet is very rich
After a long day in meetings, you can enjoy a cold glass of beer or white wine or a nice swim
The staff is friendly, the rooms are well organised and clean

Room tip: Select a sea view room so you can have a cup of cofe in the morning or a glass of beer in the evening

Arrived at the hotel late evening and we were checked in by Hassan. He was professional and gave us all the details we needed. He took care of the payment for the taxi driver as we didn't have local currency with us and added it to our room. We got a free upgrade which was nice as the room was more spacious. The view was lovely and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were welcoming. The location of the hotel on the water was relaxing for both of us and we could watch the planes come in to land. The concierge helped us with booking tours and getting a taxi. One day, we had a problem with one taxi that dropped us back to the hotel and wanted to over charge us. Hassan and the other front desk came to the rescue and delt with him in a very calm and professional manner even though the taxi driver was shouting at the top of his voice. They were genuinely concerned which made us feel safe and cared for. The only issue we had was with housekeeping. My husbands sleeping shorts went missing after two days and even Hassan and the reception staff tried to help, but they never showed up. This happened on the Sunday when we had a different maid cleaning our room. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back again.

I stayed with my partner last week at the hotel for a skip out of the city. The hotel is nice but the service is poor. The staff needs training and improvement.
The breakfast is good and the cleanliness is up to standard

I spent three nights at the Coral Beach Hotel and Resort in Beirut.

Overall, I would classify this hotel as a low-end 4-star hotel. The staff are friendly, and the lobby, while small, is OK. But it's definitely not 5 stars, as it lacks the finishing touches and quality that a 5-star hotels have to offer.

The location is average. Perhaps the only real advantage is that it's relatively close to the airport. Otherwise you're quite far from downtown Beirut and the more touristic parts of the city, so you'll definitely need a taxi to get there.

The room was OK (I had quite low expectations so it actually exceeded them). The shower is perhaps the best part - sufficiently spacious with good water pressure (although the water did smell a bit like swimming pool water). I think there was only one functioning English channel on TV (BBC World).

The gym is all over the place. There's a couple of decent cardio machines, but the rest is a bazaar. It's basically a bunch of very old machines and weight lifting kits cramped in a very very small area!

Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the quality of the food. Breakfast was a big let down. There's a lot on offer but the quality was pretty low and basic and just didn't feel fresh. Ditto for lunch and dinner. It doesn't do service to real Lebanese food!

Overall, it's an OK hotel, but it wouldn't be my first choice and I probably wouldn't return.
