Here I have been few times and enjoyed hospitality of people, nice service and excellent foods that are mostly from northern Iran. You would enjoy trying all types of foods and local drinks.

First thing, this restaurant is very much open and operational. I had a dinner in this restaurant on night 25th April 2017, no doubts about it.
Gamaj provides authentic Gilaki food that comes from the northern province of Gilan. Standard of cooking is very good and as it goes with Gilaki food, it comes with lots of salads of different kind (mostly sour) followed by very nice kebabs and rice. After having the food I realised that it was actually a very healthy food. Very less fats and fried stuff.... lots of veges, vinegar and nuts. Please see the photos and you would know what I mean.
I liked the food in Gamaj Restaurant a lot and would go there again when I am in Tehran. It's a bit on expensive side but the style and cuisines that they offer, one may not mind paying for it.
